Before Alex could ask again, she walked towards the room, straight to the bathroom and immediately called Sophia, her hands trembling, "Can you get me a new laptop under your name?
Sophia nodded and hung up.
The next day, Emily skipped work, she doesn't want to meet Alex because she fears he might ask if she has called the police. Good thing he didn't sleep in the room last night.
She head to Sophia workplace, and took the laptop to Sophia working space at the back door.
"If I can't find you, maybe Abigail can!" She smirked, and began typing words only she could understand.
After some minutes, her laptop appeared different red light, from different cities, her eyes darkened.
He found out about me, not only him but everyone did. She quickly messaged her long time friend, Sam.
Sam was her student, her trusted friend in the dark world after she got destroyed she told Sam to start life somewhere else while she try to build her empire from the beginning but it didn't work out.
Sam kept on messaging her during her search for a new life, but she never replied to him.
"I need your help."
She typed, then hesitated for a moment before she clicked send.
Sam: "Who are you?"
Abigail: "Am i chatting with Sam, red code?"
She asked, she doesn't know if Sam account is still active or has been hacked.
Sam: "Yes."
Abigail: "This is AG"
AG is her short name to avoid being noticed
Sam went offline.
Emily frowned, she wasn't talking to Sam? She murmured.
Suddenly the a green light appeared.
Sam: "AG? Like my legendary Abigail?" He asked, unsure if he was dreaming.
Abigail: "Yes."
Sam: " Wow… After many years, how are you doing?" He asked worried.
Emily frowned, she doesn't like wasting time and now is not the perfect time to ask about her well being.
Abigail: "Now is not the right time,"
Sam: "Okay, boss what is the problem? " Sam asked, his face switched to a serious expression.
Abigail: "Where are you now?"
Sam: " Where you told me to stay, three years ago."
Abigail: " Good, meet me Downtown cafe by weekend, come alone, don't forget to bring my black book."
Sam: "Okay boss." He said then went offline.
Emily quickly switched off the laptop and left it at Sophia workplace, she said will be coming here more often, to avoid Alex getting more suspicious about her.

"So are you saying, you can't get her background? How can someone be without a family background?" Alex asked, forcefully hitting the document at the desk.
"Sir, we can't find anything about her, the lady you married is mysteriously absent from the government documents." Nuel said, stepping backward afraid his boss might throw the documents at him.
"That's not possible." Alex finally calmed down, leaning towards the chair, with his eyes closed. "Tell scorpion to do the searching."
Scorpion was one of Alex best men in hacking, in the dark world he was the fourth best hacker, while Alex was the third best hacker but no one knows who the first unknown hacker was.
"Okay, sir," Nuel replied, and quickly dashed out of the office.
The weekend came so fast. Emily hailed a cab to Downtown Cafe.
She wore a black boot and a long black leather jacket with strap at both sides and side pocket.
She slowly walked in, observing the environment before she finally settled down and ordered for a latte, while she waited for Sam.
A few minutes later, a guy with long brown hair walked in, wearing a black shirt and green trouser, his hands beneath his pocket.
He was so overjoyed to see Emily. Despite her ditching him to find his ways, he can't be angry with her. Her beauty still intact and her charming smile.
Emily smiled, dropping the coffee on the table with a soft clink. "You look…" her hands spread widely trying to find the right word. "Different. In a good way."
Sam smiled and took the chair across her, leaning forward , his eyes bright with curiosity. " Where have you been? Are you back? Did you rebuild your empire? Has he died?" Sam bombarded her with different questions, barely pausing to breath.
"Sam.." she called out, softly.
"Calm down and hand over the black book," she said, extending her hand towards his direction. "Then we can talk about everything that happened to me."
Sam hesitated for a moment then handed her a small black bag with the book inside.
The book is rarely seen in the dark world, anyone who holds it has the access to eliminate everyone in the dark world. " The dragon abducted me, they thought I had access to the book."
