Lare sat on the ground, still breathing heavily after waking up.
Raen and Aricus stared at him like he was some kind of legendary beast.
Raen pointed at him with shaking hands.
Raen:
"Bro… you literally EXPLODED with light like a festival lamp.
Explain. NOW."
Aricus nodded.
"Yeah. How did you suddenly jump to Old God level? Your aura felt like ten dragons stacked together."
Lare looked away, scratching his head.
He couldn't reveal the real truth—that the Creator's student personally tested him and blessed him.
So he made a believable lie.
Lare:
"Um… I think I have some kind of… special body.
Like a god-type body.
That's why my levels jump so fast."
Raen's jaw dropped.
Raen:
"BRO YOU'RE TELLING ME YOU'RE A HALF GOD?!"
Lare:
"No, idiot. It just feels like that."
Aricus crossed his arms but smiled.
Aricus:
"That explains your stupid speed. And stupid strength. And stupid everything."
Lare pushed him lightly.

Suddenly, the sky darkened.

One white.
Aricus and Lare tensed up.
Raen screamed and hid behind a rock.

Two voices echoed.
Supreme God:
"Ahem… we are not attacking."
Frequent God:
"We just… want to talk."
Lare raised an eyebrow.
Lare:
"Talk? You both were shouting at me five minutes ago."
The Supreme God coughed.
Supreme God:
"Yes… about that. We were… surprised."
Frequent God:
"Very surprised."
Both gods fell silent for a moment.
Then—
Supreme God:
"Fine. We admit it. We like you."
Frequent God:
"You're interesting. More interesting than Aricus."
From the sky:
Aricus:
"HEY!! I'M YOUR DESCENDANT!"
Frequent God:
"That's why I'm embarrassed."
Raen burst into laughter.

Lare gritted his teeth—the power was overwhelming.

Raen shielded his face.
Raen:

Aricus stared, wide-eyed.
Lare's heartbeat sped up.
His body twisted with divine power.

"EVOLUTION SUCCESSFUL."
Light exploded around Lare.
He floated in the air.
A new force awakened inside him.

Aricus approached slowly.

Raen ran up to him with shining eyes.

"Bro, you're literally turning into a walking myth!"
Lare stretched, smirking.

The two gods spoke one last time.

Frequent God:

Lare bowed slightly—not out of fear, but respect.

Both gods laughed proudly before fading back into the sky.
Raen punched Lare's arm.
Raen:
"You're crazy. You're totally crazy."
Lare:
"Maybe."
Aricus smiled.
Aricus:
"Then… let's get even stronger together."
Lare nodded.
