Chapter 22 - Chapter 21: Makino Kneels in Fear of Celestial Dragon Identity!

Although reluctant, and even very resistant, Gunko, at Ian's unspoken command, followed Makino out of the bar and into Makino's bedroom.

Makino's bedroom was not large, but it was decorated very warmly. The wardrobe standing against the right wall was filled with various headscarves, long dresses, jeans, and other styles of clothing.

"Miss Gunko, those pirates, they didn't defile your... body, did they?"

Makino, holding a pair of jeans she had found in the wardrobe, approached Gunko. A barely perceptible hint of sympathy flashed in the kind Makino's eyes, making Gunko instantly uncomfortable, wishing she could tear apart this ant-like woman in front of her!

As a Celestial Dragon from the Holy Land Manmaya Family, and the most trusted member of the God's Knights by Imu, she was actually being pitied by a woman whom she considered less than an ant?

If not for fear of spoiling the Young Master's playful mood, with her cold and arrogant personality, Makino would already be kneeling on the ground.

"No, no."

Gunko suppressed her discomfort, shook her head blankly, and subconsciously said, "They just pulled down Gunko's pants. No, it should be 'they,' it was a female pirate!"

Speaking of which, Gunko suddenly felt something was off.

She had actually blurted out that someone had pulled down her pants.

How shameful!

Although such a thing had not happened, she still felt a blush creep across her face.

"That's good, that's good~" Makino didn't notice Gunko's reaction. As a fellow woman, she said with lingering fear, "This is truly a blessing in disguise. For now, you can both stay in Foosha Village and don't worry about food and lodging."

Gunko remained silent, quietly took the jeans, and put them on.

Because she was much taller than Makino, the jeans looked like capris and skinny jeans on Gunko. Paired with her double-breasted top, it made her already long legs appear even more slender.

When Makino returned to the bar with Gunko, who was now wearing jeans, there were a few more customers in the bar.

These customers were all Foosha Village villagers and regulars at the Party Bar. As soon as Makino walked in with Gunko, the customers warmly greeted them.

However, while they greeted Makino, their gazes were all fixed on Gunko, who was wearing tight jeans and had a tall figure. They wanted to express their enthusiasm but chose to remain silent due to the inherent noble aura emanating from Gunko.

Ian also couldn't help but take a couple of extra glances because Gunko finally had pants on, and tight jeans at that.

It had to be said, Gunko's figure was truly excellent, but because those long legs had been swaying in front of him since childhood, his immunity was so thick it could block signals.

"Boss lady, thank you so much, you're a good person!"

Ian looked at Makino without batting an eye, maintaining the image of a victim, and continued, "If possible, could you give me a drink? All expenses today will be put on a tab, and when This Young Master's attendant arrives, the bill will be settled twofold."

Makino shook her head and smiled, gently saying, "No need for a tab, it's on me."

After speaking, Makino personally mixed two drinks and placed them in front of Gunko and Ian.

"The bill must be settled. This Young Master never owes favors outside!"

At this point, Ian suddenly turned to look at the few customers in the bar, grinning, "After all, I am a Celestial Dragon!"

The sudden declaration of 'I am a Celestial Dragon' instantly froze the expressions on the faces of the customers who had been chatting and laughing just moments before. Makino, standing behind the bar, also blanched, and a hint of panic appeared in her eyes.

"You said you are... a Celestial Dragon?"

Before Makino could react, one of the customers suddenly stood up, exclaiming, "A Celestial Dragon... who lives in Holy Land Mary Geoise and enjoys all privileges?"

"Genuine!"

Ian smiled slightly, "This Young Master's name is Nelona Ian, and I am the Young Master of the Nerona Family, one of the nineteen Celestial Dragon families in the Holy Land."

"!!!!!"

Although Ian was smiling and appeared harmless at this moment, the man who had stood up still froze on the spot as if struck by lightning, his body trembling uncontrollably.

The three men sitting behind him, upon hearing that Ian was the Young Master of some family from the Holy Land, immediately shrank their necks like mice seeing a cat, sliding off their stools to their knees and then prostrating themselves, covering their faces and bowing to Ian in reverence.

"Are you very afraid of Celestial Dragons?"

Taking in their reactions, a hint of cunning flashed across Ian's lips. He then raised his glass, left the bar, and walked towards the man who was frozen on the spot. "This is somewhat different from what This Young Master understands. Back then, a family of four from the Holy Land Donquixote Family voluntarily renounced their Celestial Dragon status and went to North Blue. They thought they would quickly integrate into commoner life, but they didn't expect to be scorned and even beaten by the local commoners because of their former Celestial Dragon status."

"The reason is, whether it's the commoners of North Blue or East Blue, they all detest Celestial Dragons to the extreme, one could even say they hate them!"

"So, shouldn't your current reaction be the same as those despicable commoners in North Blue, to gang up on This Young Master, who has fallen so low?"

"Go, call the Foosha Village villagers, This Young Master will give you a chance to vent!"

Before Ian's words finished, the man, whose body was rigid, finally recovered his senses. With a thud, he fell to his knees, burying his head in his chest, his body trembling uncontrollably. Clearly, the oppressive feeling brought by Ian's Celestial Dragon status was too terrifying for him.

"Lord Ian,"

Just then, Makino, standing behind the bar, also regained her composure and bravely spoke, "The Foosha Village villagers are simple and honest; they will not gang up on you just because you are a Celestial Dragon!"

"How dare you!"

Because Ian had suddenly revealed his identity, Gunko also stopped pretending. After a cold shout, she stared intently at Makino, "You should address the Young Master as Saint Ian!"

"Yes, Saint Ian!"

Makino, subdued by Gunko's aura, did not hesitate at all. She immediately fell to her knees, her mind momentarily blank.

Although she had lived in Foosha Village since birth and had never traveled far, it didn't mean she hadn't seen the world. One must know that Shanks, the Captain of the Red Hair Pirates, one of the Sea Emperors who now reigned over the New World, had once stayed at the Party Bar for a period. She could calmly face even a big shot like Shanks and had formed a friendship with him.

Most importantly, Foosha Village also produced a big shot, Marine Headquarters Vice Admiral Garp, whose name was renowned on the Grand Line.

With these experiences, Makino naturally wouldn't panic like other weak women when faced with a situation.

However, even though she had long guessed that Ian and Gunko were born into wealth and nobility, she still hadn't expected Ian's background to be so significant.

A Celestial Dragon!

The most powerful group in this world, a privileged class that stood above the World Government. Let alone Shanks, a pirate, even Garp, the legendary Marine Vice Admiral, would have to bow in greeting, let alone her, a small Party Bar owner.
