"Papa, Daddy--there's a problem!" Hannah whispered seriously.
Oh, so there was one.
Arthur frowned and lowered himself to crouch in front of Hannah. Was his daughter's show about to get cancelled?
"What's wrong, Princess?"
"Miss Sarah ate something bad and can't play the piano!"
"Ah..." Eugene glanced at Arthur. "Do you want to ask for your daddy's help?"
"Ung!" Hannah nodded quickly, tugging on Arthur's sleeve. "Daddy can play the piano, right?"
Arthur stroked his chin in contemplation. Just playing a partiture and playing accompaniment for play--especially children's play--was different. Some scenes might get stopped or distorted because the child forgot a line, and the person playing the music had to adjust accordingly. Personally, Arthur had never been involved in a musical, so he wasn't sure if he could do a good job.
However, there was no way he would let his daughter's show get cancelled. Better a cluncky accompaniment than nothing at all.
