In a world that's separated into four realms, there exist abilities, such as systems, which empower the user to achieve limitless strength. Systems are what provide powers to the Demon Realm, while the human realm can't gain access to that strength, the spirit realm's assistance will come in handy. Spirits are pure evil; their complete intention is to take over the Gods, which are considered "The Dream Realm."
The Dream Realm is a place of creation, where nothing turns into something. Gods are powerful enough to destroy cities in a flick; every other realm must obey their words before them.
However, lucky for the other realms, the Dream Realm are nice Gods, ones who watch over the safety of each realm, including their own.
But Spirits didn't like that idea; they believed they were much more than those Gods, they believed they deserved immortal strength.
Now, with the spirits aiming to gain unheard of power, they team up with the human realm to absorb more spirits and become incredibly powerful. In return, they will be giving special abilities towards the humans. Humanity's government has accepted the regulations of the contract. While all this occurs, the Demon realm catches cite of this and reports it to the Dream realm...
But they state they don't view any suspicious activity and ban them from telling more 'lies.'
