Aurora's voice steadied with determination as she looked around at the gathered tribe members before returning her gaze to Chief Ragnar.
"Every time the Beast God visits my dreams… he teaches me something new."
The moment those words left her mouth, complete silence fell once more. While Aurora inwardly prayed nobody questioned her too deeply because she was making up almost everything on the spot.
"I plan to teach those things to the tribe," she continued smoothly. "Everything I learn."
Chief Ragnar's eyes widened slightly. "The Beast God visited your dreams more than once?"
Aurora nodded calmly despite internally panicking. "Every once in a while," she answered carefully. "I never see him clearly… but somehow I always know it's him."
Several people immediately lowered their heads reverently.
