Eight, who was using his Godhand to attack from afar now abandoned his defences completely. His combination of techniques was destructive but at the cost of injuring himself at the impact.
Eight's attack followed that screeching sound and hit Savai, who blocked it with his arms. While Savai was okay, eight's bones shattered and his arm spilled blood due to the impact.
But his arm recovered, instantly.
"That's a peculiar crystal structure grandmaster. I'm surprised you can block without getting your bones broken."
"This is just the start, young man."
That attack was destructive, if I didn't have the reinforced ice around my arms the bones would've shattered instantly.
So this is the power of the Red Gate that provides him with a vast amount of aura supply and instant regeneration abilities. I need to take the offensive before it gets any worse…
"Azure - Marbles!" said Savai as yanked his arm horizontally, throwing small round ice balls in the air.
"That's a downgrade wouldn't you say gra…"
"Azure - Burst!"
The balls burst into flame. A few hit Eight in the face burning his skin.
"Was that supposed to do any damage or are you just into fireworks!
Clap!!"
The hand appeared once again. Without wasting any time Savai started sprinting ahead of the giant hands.
Eight followed with consecutive claps but the precision was not there.
"Don't forget I can run too!
Morkishi - Shatter!"
"Thudd!!"
It hit Savai and knocked him further back. Eight followed behind.
"Morkishi - Full Power"
"Azure - Icewall!"
Eight's attack shattered the wall completely.
This explosive power is unnatural.
Savai kept dodging while eight's attacks grew more destructive.
As Savai was running, fragments of his aura were leaving behind that started to turn into fog.
In just a few minutes, the entire area was covered with it rendering eight's visibility useless. He lost Savai amidst the fog.
"So, you are hiding just like those temple people.
No matter, I'll smoke you out!
Morkishi + Fury - Full Impact!"
Eight punched the ground repeatedly, destroying the surface.
"One final touch!" said eight as his last attack broke the terrain, causing a landslide.
"Damn it!" said Savai as he tried to run on the debris. He started to move downward.
"Where are you running to now, grandmaster!" Eight has a big smile on his face when uttering those words.
From the peak, he jumped in the air. The bright red aura was moving back and forth with the air.
Savai jumped and gripped a tree that was falling down. Within a second he used it to spin his body and jump upwards that launched him in the air.
Eight who was falling down, attacked him with full force.
"Thudd!"
It hit Savai's left hand as he used his motion to dodge a direct hit. This made his body slow down for a moment while he came on top.
Just draw in the aura and… Morkishi + Fury - Savai Style!
"Thudd!!" Savai attacked eighth while on the top.
The attack accelerated eight's fall even further and just as he was about to hit the ground Savai attacked with a kick to his stomach, thrusting his body in the surface.
Some bones were broken but his body healed up instantly. Within seconds, Eight was up on his feet.
"Hey! Hey! Hey!
Now you're stealing my moves?"
"Sorry it's not as powerful as yours, but then again, I'm not the punching type."
"Hahaha! Not a punching guy he says copying my technique that accurately!
I'll show you what my techniques are capable of doing…
Godhand Preverance…"
Eight's aura became transparent. The aura layer around his body which was flowing like flames, now started to move like accelerating air pressure, flowing down from his feet to his hair.
Eight's face turned serious and in a calming voice he uttered, "Morkishi + Fury…"
Savai took a unique stance. With his fingers crossed and palms perpendicular to each other, he yanked his right hand fingers back and yelled, "Azure - Reinforced Stack!" which formed thick ice sheets in the air, one after another.
"Don't think this weak ice can stop me, grandmaster!" said Eight as he smashed through all the sheets in a single punch.
Savai moved quickly to dodge theattack.
"Stop dodging and be a real man! Grandmaster…"
He kept running to avoid Eight's attacks, barely dodging them in the process.
Something's changed. He didn't just grow powerful but it's his body…
It's hard to see with naked eyes but with the aura eyes I can see it. There's tiny blasts…
It's his aura points. The fast aura flow is uncontainable and resulting in the aura points getting blown, injuring his body. But he's constantly regenerating them, making it look like there's fireworks going wild in his body.
- Flashback -
"Eight's unique ability forms into three gates: red, white and black.
The Red Gate is the gate of destruction. With it, he gains access to unlimited aura."
"Unlimited aura! That might sound great but it's not a viable power. Even if he has unlimited aura, his core won't be able to store and channel it without getting destroyed. Unless…"
"Yes! It's exactly as you think. Even with his usual regeneration constantly healing the core, it would explode at some point.
But with the Red Gate he can destroy it on purpose to turn his entire body into a vessel to channel the aura directly, without needing to store it in the aura centre first."
"But that would mean…"
"Indeed, in that state there won't be a limit to his destructive output. As the battle drags on he'll become more and more stronger.
But there's also a downside to this ability. With every second that passes by, the aura flow will overload his aura connections and his aura points will end up getting destroyed, but he'll be using his regenerative abilities to heal them continuously.

But it doesn't mean defeating him would be easier. The gate will also enhance his regenerative ability. To the point where he can heal all 10,000 of his aura points at the same time in less than a second."

Savai's speed got faster. He kept dodging eight's attacks while his aura once again started leaving his body and fragmenting in the air.

"How's that grandmaster? Did it hurt?" said Eight as he was chasing Savai around.
"It hurts more when you open your mouth!"
"Hahaha! Still got that annoying spirit. Not for long."

Eight's attack finally hit Savai, knocking him back in the air.
But he landed on his feet and with Eight trailing just a second behind, he took a stance and raised his head up, looking him in directly in the eye while he raised his arms forward and gripped his hands together.
"You're going to feel this one.
"Clap!"
Azure Divinity - Instant Burn!"
"Boom!"
As he said those words, the aura fragments in the air instantly exploded setting the entire area on fire.
Some trees exploded while others caught on fire. The ground was surrounded by the burning pieces of trees. Eight was burned entirely.
"It hurt, but now it doesn't." said Eight as he was completely healed up, within a second.
It's not enough, I need to up the output.
"Thudd!" Eight hit Savai in the gut.
"How's that grandmaster!"
Damn it. It hurts even after I covered my body with reinforced ice. He's getting powerful.
Once again Savai took the same stance and just as he was about to clap his hands together Eight hit him.
"Thud!" The attack launched him in the air and Eight jumped right after him.
This is becoming annoying now.
"Azure Divinity - Freezing Icicle!"
"Clap!"
The fragments froze mid air freezing Eight's body momentarily.
He landed on the surface and the ice around his body broke. He dashed towards Savai.
One more time…
"Azure Divinity - Instant Burn!"
"Clap!"
Once again the entire area caught on fire. The trees burned from inside spitting fire like inferno.
It's having an effect on his body. His regeneration was slow this time.
"Hahaha! You keep lighting fire inside me, grandmaster!"
Eight once again moved his right arm back and dashed towards him, "Morkishi + Fury - Limitless!"
"Thud!!"
It hit Savai's shoulder which was covered with reinforced ice.
Eight adjusted his footing and punched backwards with full force crushing his own stomach from inside which tore his flesh for a moment.
The motion caused his lower body to spin at accelerated speed hitting Savai with triple consecutive kicks.
Now!!!
Savai took a stance moving his feet backwards.

"There will come a moment when he'll start injuring his own body in order to release the aura that's destroying him from the inside. At that moment he'll overstretch his regenerative ability and it would take more than a second to heal.

"Azure Divinity…"
All his aura concentrated in his arms flowing like bright red flames. He moved both his arms backwards and quickly moved them forward.
The left arm coming from the top and right from the bottom, as both hands came closer a spark started burning in the middle of the hands.
"Clap!"
"Thud!"
"Thud!"
"Thud!"
"Thud!"
Four pillars appeared from above that trust in the ground. Eight who was just about to hit him, found his punch hit an invisible wall that was connecting two pillars in a line.
The pillars that were standing straight like the edges of a square formed a cube of invisible walls, trapping Eight inside.
"What…"
"... - Hellblaze!" said Savai, and the space inside the pillars burst with flames.
Flames continued to burn like an inferno.
In just a few seconds, the flames burned Eight's skin completely and his bones started showing.
Savai, who was still in that stance, took a deep breath. The colour of his aura started to turn blue.
He opened his hands slightly and it looked like there was immense magnetic pressure that was making it hard to move his hands away.
"This is the end!
Azure Divinity…"
The spark in the middle turned blue and he closed his hands again with the right hand on the top now.
For a moment it felt like everything went silent. A clap sound followed…
"... - Serenity!"
"Boom!!!" A sound of shattering followed.
It happened in less than a second…
The space that was burning with scorching heat, all disappeared instantly and it completely got replaced by something different.
It was ice crystals.
Going from scorching heat to freezing ice shattered Eight into hundreds of pieces…
A gate appeared where Eight was standing.
It was red.
Savai undid his technique and slowly walked towards the gate.
He put his right hand on the gate, freezing it with ice.
He put his left hand on the gate, it shattered just like Eight.
With a sigh, he uttered, "Time for round two!"
