Arc took a bus to budfort city, which is located on territory of place called Poland before the collision.
The place where evaluation test was supposed to take place was a big 6 story high goverment building with flags of earth kingdom on it which consisted of an orginal earth map on blue background.
There Were lots of teenagers waiting in front of this building. Among them were Arc's friends Adam and Aida. He came up to them and exchanged few words. Kade wasn't among them. Kade was a member of a warrior clan Drakon so he got his test when he was younger than them, because clans view their members as higher humanbeings so they think that they have higher resistance to particles.
It was dangerous for kids younger than 14 years old to awaken their gifts and particle bases, because their bodies are too frail to contain them in most cases.
There was a big stage right infront of the entrance to the building. On it was a tall middleaged man with long hair and a beard, he was holding a microphone.
"My name is Adin and I'm from our kingdom's army"-Adin said
"today is probably one of the most important days of your life"-he said with a smile
"it will probably determine the rest of your life"-he said
"So i would recommend you to not have too high expectations of yourselves, because only 50% of people have a gift and 70% of people have weak bases that make them not suitable for combat"-Adin said
"But do not be sad, There are a lot of examples of great heroes with weak bases or weak gifts and you can bring glory to our kingdom thru other means than combat, so what is really important is to not give up and chase our dreams, with that said I wish the best for all of you and goodbye"- Man said as he left the stage as fast as wind, some people were clapping their hands in admiration
The entrance to the building opened
Arc was looking very serious and determined unlike his usual self that looked rather unserious, with messy hair and stupid look on his face. His friends never saw him like that.
The entrance was this big gate behind the scene, hundreds people went thru the gate
The building on the inside looked much bigger than it seemed on the outside. there were gates like the ones on the airport that checked the identity of the people getting into the building, so that no one unwelcomed would be able to get into the inner parts of the building.
"please show me your id, mister"-said the female attendant behing the desk
Arc gave her his Id, she inserted his id into a machine that was connected to this particle powered computer.
125 years after the collision, the researchers found that making small, slow particle accelerators could produce energy, because aprticles were much much more densely packed in our atmosphere than before collision. So this invention brought back a lot of technology from the times of original earth.
The id scanned succesfully and it came out of the machine.
"Thank you for your patience sir gwiazd(Arc's surname), please come to the room number three our number is 10, when your number is called out thru the speakers, plese enter the room, thank you"- the attendant said with a hollow smile
"Wow that smile was a bit creepy "- arc said
the barrier opened up and Arc walked thru it. It probably scanned him for dangerous objects like bomb. He walked to a corridor saing rooms from 1 - 3. He walked thru it and found a big metal door with a plaque next to it saying room 3.
There were seats like in hosiptal near the door. On one of the seats was sitting Adam with a frightened expression.
"Hi, Adam so you were assigned to the same room as me, what do you think will be your base or your gift"- Arc asked with a frindly smile
"I don't know, but probably a support type base, because my parents both have this type of base"-Adam said
"But, I heard that the test can hurt you or even kill you"- Adam said with freightened voice
"Bro, stop being so scared of everything, There hasn't been any accidents with tests in a few years and on the millions of teens tested, there is almost not a chance that something bad will happen to you"- Arc said with a sigh
Then suddenly a person in a labcoat opened the metal door and said "number 4 please enter"
A boy exited the room with a dejected expression. Another boy entered the room.
Some people who exited the room looked really happy, some were very sad and some looked as if they did not really care about this test
Boys and girls were taking the tests in a different sections of the buildings, because womens had to be tested by womens and mens by mens.
"number 10, please enter "- the doctor looking guy said
The room was pretty big infront of him was a desk with two people sitting behind it.
One was a young man with green medium lenghth hair and a frindly smile, he was wearing a labcoat. The men sitting next to him was definietly a warrior. He was a muscular big men appromximately 30 yars old with long red hair, fierce gaze and was smoking a cigarette. He was wearing army uniform, which was a jacket with logo of army which was a sword stabbing thu a globe.
"Please sit down" first said the man wearing a labcoat while he pointed a finger at the chair in front of the desk
"Let me introduce myself first, im Matheo and i am an combat medic that will be taking your techinical test"- Man that looked like doctor said
"My name is Kaslan, im a warrior in the army, if you don't know it already and i will be taking your practical test"- Said the big man with a tired and a bored voice
"Please kaslan pretend to be excited"-matheo wispered into kaslan's ear
"So, Boy We will be taking your evaluation test, please do your best"- Matheo said
