Matsumi Ryokō was born in a boring little town, especially for him. At a very young age he had already explored everything he could, and tried to do a trick off it. The town he's a part of was specifically built to give the people who had lost their homes and families from the previous age a chance to try and start again. Matsumi still had his father, but starting again was definitely difficult, especially after everything. However, a man that he and the rest of the young ones call Mr. Moon always had a cup of tea ready for any who asked. It wasn't much but the little shop 'Mooncrest' was the heart of the town.
Matsumi spent most of his time bothering Mr. Moon with the other kids. Never thinking much else aside from how to do cool things. From lack of being in a large city his mana knowledge is definitely subpar. Not to say that he doesn't have any or very little, just that he has no real idea of it. It doesn't concern him very much. One day though, his father managed to build a pair of custom roller blades just for Matsumi, ever since then he takes them basically everywhere. He may not have any special abilities as of yet, but he was naturally born with incredible acrobatic skills. Something that is very odd since from an outside view, you can tell it's impressive but you could figure out that he doesn't even know how he does it. He just does, even if most of the time it doesn't always look pretty at all. Above all else, if it lets him do cool stuff and make him look awesome, that's all that really matters!
