Raito and Shizukawa continued to switch places with each other at a moments notice, right before Kasaru had attacked.
It was the perfect offense and defense, and the two knew each other well.
They switched out back and forth changing positions to defend against each attack, they moved right in front of Yuki as they did the same attack that they did on Raiden again.
They switched places and elbowed her left and right knocking her around, being cautious of Kasaru's feathers as they continued to move, with the synergy of mana even Kasaru's attacks could not budge him at all. Yuki took the brunt of the attacks against her, not being nearly as damaged as Raiden was, she landed on the ground and brought her gun up, shooting a dual rail gun shot towards the both of them.
Raiden shook his head and calmed down. He jumped up and dashed towards the flag pole once again, using his aura to create shockwaves behind himself to propel himself even further. Tengoku snapped his body back and started on Raiden's trail, cutting his route off and ramming into him stopping him from attacking.
Raito cut clean through the blast with his blade before jumping up, he slammed both his feet down on the ground straight into Yuki's stomach. Yuki coughed up blood as she immediately began to black out. Raito jumped up once more and stomped her face in the ground, crushing the Zenin's face in the dirt. Yuki's body shined brightly as he planted his feet into her stomach and face, her gun was dropped and just like her body went limp. Her mana short circuited and sparked with a blue hue. It shined brightly and exploded, knocking Raito back from the flag and separating the two. Raito flew through the air as he slid back. He looked on at Yuki silently, Shizu still being in between the flag and Yuki.
Vermelha slid back as she swung her arms in a circular motion, the fire spawning from it. She moved and shot a fireball that burned part of the field straight for Kokkaku, moving right back in as her nose bled from the action.
Raidens aura began burning to the touch as it heated up intensely, the Effusion affinity he had for his mana was situational with an offense and defense, he got pushed to the barricade and held his blade tightly before digging his elbow into the side of his blade and pushing Tengoku back, not using his aura as to not get it sapped.
"Did that feel like more effort, girlie?" Kokkaku moved over to the side, letting the flames flicker past him.
Tengoku moved for Raiden immediately not letting him breathe as he started attacking. It was impossible for Raiden to defend considering the fact that Tengoku was practically canceling out his ability any time it got close to him. Tengoku specifically pushed his mana outward into a large aura around him, managing to attack him while using his ability simultaneously.
Shizu blew past Yuki immediately as she was reloading on her arsenal once more. She dashed for the flag ignoring her for the moment, diving in for the flag.
The fire ball came from behind Kokkaku, almost like a boomerang as Vermelha ran around him. It started chasing Kokkaku around as she continued to move. "Sorry I still don't think you're anything special. Maybe you can ride the bench though. It was a good hit and stop i'll admit. maybe that's too harsh. Just stand there looking menacingly. That might work for you."
"What do you think I'm doing?" His eyes moved from left to right to see Shizu diving for the flag. Kokkaku backed up closer to the flag while the fire chased him, positioning himself really close to Shizu to have the flames hit her instead. Shizu reached out with her hand and caught the fireball herself, not showing any pain or any emotion while doing so. The fireball started to spin around, its nature becoming more violent. She launched the fire ball back out at Kokkaku, reversing the situation. Yuki readied her mana blasters and pointed the blasters at Shizu, shooting of multiple blasts. Her right eye had locked onto Shizu for this very attack.
Vermelha, at the same time dashed and pushed. The fire around her arms became larger as the grass under her burned into ashes immediately. She ran straight for Kokkaku before using his shield as a stepping stool, jumping over him in the process. "I think you should sit this one out. Seems like you don't have enough in you to keep up."
Raiden took hit after hit, his supreme durability keeping his mind in check. He slid backwards on the ground closer to the barricade, he had a plan to defend against the next upcoming attack to avoid getting hit once more.
Shizu flipped around after tossing the fireball moving through the blasts. She got right into Yuki's face, palming her in her chest multiple times as she slammed her hands against her upper chest down to her ribs, practically destroying her in the process. She knew the gun wasn't going to suffice at a close range where Shizu had the advantage and even possibly the experience.
Tengoku stood in front of the flag after Raiden slid back. His aura crawled around the flag. It was like his mana was some kind of sick, twisted concept. An illusory creature, waiting to obtain victory in it's past time. "Sorry but you're going to lose this one. It's alright. Ashina can afford to take one loss."
"Tch." Kokkaku defended against the fire at the same time that Vermelha jumped over him. Slow on the reaction to attack her in the moment. Vermelha flawlessly flipped into the zone where Ashina's flag was. She landed on her feet before slamming her foot right into his back as she was now behind him, near the flag. She used his body as a boost to grab the point. "It was fun playing with you. Maybe try out Basketball. That may work better for you."
Raiden smiled at Tengoku, he raised his blade as the dragon insignia imbedded in his sword shined the crimson and yellow aura that he himself shared in his power. He rubbed his hand across the flat end of the blade as particles of aura shedded from the insignia, reforming and crystallizing the dragon insignia. "Maybe you shouldn't be so cocky. Things aren't always how they seem." He tightened his grip on his blade and threw it towards the goal, it flew past Tengoku and landed on the ground near the flag pole, he charged towards Tengoku, his fists clenched as he charged straight towards him. He slid low and swung his foot into the air towards Tengoku's jawline.
Joseph had moved discreetly during all of the commotion by covering his presence with his shadows, slipping back to his defense while everyone else kept the opposing members at bay. He placed a hand on Vermelha's shoulder, not gripping too tight but enough to make himself known.
"How ya doing?"
With that he gave her a tug backward, taking her away from the flag as he put himself between her and It instead, not wanting to exactly hurt anyone despite the rules saying by any means.
"I was waiting to use my idea, but I may have to scratch that and go on a proper defense instead. I think it's time we turn the tables and get moving."
