Arriving in a totally new line, I am left making up excuses in order to please Sophia.
"Yo." That voice?
I turn around to see Harry in the line behind me.
"Why are you here?" I ask.
"Tickle is taking care of the defenses, so I figured I had some free time."
The last battle was the closest yet, with only Harry and Lilly surviving, Harry's pure fire power sent the enemy army running for the hills. Of course at the cost of him almost dying. It was thanks to Monster that he didn't have to deal with the commander, so in a way they make a pretty good team. Yet if one were to ask me who I would prefer, Monster and Harry, or Tickle, I would pick Tickle nine eight of ten times. He is just that good at this game. And I am comparing him to two of the best players to have ever played. Though some would still argue that when it comes to PVP, Monster is only second to Big sis Misty Hero, and the number one player, Iron Clad. Iron clad is a old fart like myself, playing the game for about seven years, and within that time he went from someone who loves talking on the message boards, to someone who would be talked about on the message boards. One of two players who can without a doubt call themselves better than Tickle. A one man raid party, the person you wish was guarding your back, and also the leader of the number one guild, Basilisk. Most think that he is the rival of the Second Guild's leader, Storm, but he only ranks fourth on the leader board. The only one that man sees as his rival is the solo player, Misty Hero.

Misty Hero.
Guess who is level 160. It's me, that's right. I think I'm a little burnt out of grinding, we should meet up.
Sounds good. I message her back.

Bang Shame.
Bro, I think I see you, turn around if that's you.
It seems within the mayhem of the day, I forgot I was meeting with someone.
I turn around coming face to face with Bang Bang, Bang for short.
Level 88, ghoul, Bang Shame.
A man I have talked to for ten years, we lived on the opposite side of the world, and yet here he is.
He seemed overjoyed to see both me and Harry, griping us in one big hug. "Guys."
"Wo, are you okay?" I ask, as he cries, can ghouls even cry? Maybe there more like crocodile tears. I certainly can't cry, and a ghoul is way farther away from a human than a vampire.
"Like I said, I was just sitting there watching TV, and she just so happened to have logged on to my account, and poof, gone, not even her clothes remained, like she was but a figment of my imagination." He explains everything.
Apparently he left Bang Bang in a spot perfect for grinding, and left his account running for the past seven years, not seeing a need to turn it off.
One issue, it is in the Bone river, a place you can't leave without beating the level 200 raid boss. It is one of the hardest bosses in the game, and requires a twenty man team just for a chance at victory. He is blaming himself, as he was the one to mention the game ending to her, so he is basically bagging us to save his girlfriend. But in truth he didn't need to bag, I would have done it willingly. So would Harry, but the rest might be on the ropes, as they have never even met Bang before. As players come he is not so skilled he would be called a mistral like Monster, he isn't as undeniable strong like Tickle, and he isn't as destructive as Harry, instead he is an all rounder. No matter the task you put him in, he can do it with moderate skill, but in the same way, he excels at nothing, meaning he is quite shit in a duel. But what everyone looked away from, is his ability during raids. Having a dps tank and healer whenever you might need one comes quite in handy, even if someone who specialized would out perform him in all three. It is like a man who you could not predict the actions of, and when you tried, you would just be thrown for a loop as instead of healing his injured ally he might just take your head, or instead of blocking a coming blow, he might heal the tank so he could take, instead of going in for the kill he might just stop the enemy from attacking the weaker players, so that a dps could finish it off. He excels at nothing, but also sucks at nothing, a bad choice unless you were a team player. That might sound like a contradiction, but in this world with broken builds, being left out of that makes you pretty weak by yourself. I think that is why he got bored, but yet again that is just the guy he is. Skateboarding, motorcycling, skydiving, so many hobbies, and yet he never sticks to any of them. A month here a week there, they just slide off like oil and water, no matter how much you try, they never want to become one.
"Number 120." Harry smiles. Despite all his effort he could never breach into the top one hundred, most likely because of his build. "It's been so long."
Bang jumps back. "Your a girl?"
"You used to play a girl avatar too, so I don't want to hear it." Harry kicks him in the balls.

He didn't react. "Yeah I kinda may have lied." He hands me a crystal. It is purple and has the emblem of a falcon, this is a legendary item? No this is a world level item, something only given to players who the game master thought as worthy, I don't even have one.
His body shrinks down to that of a girl, with long red hair. "I am a man of my ways, what can I say?"
Harry begins to snicker. "I'm not alone."
I don't know how this line went to both of them beating me up, leaving me in a pool of ash. Reforming, I watch the two of them make their escape. Sophia helps me up. Just for me to realize that bastard nabbed my sword.
Vampiric sword, epic
Level requirement 100
Steals health from those cut.
That is such a fucking rare drop, he better give it back.
