Even for those talented in one energy aspect like Uchiha and the Senju it is the same. Their talent merely gives them an easier time in Yin or Yang chakra techniques. Immense mental energy talent can bestow better chakra control, quicker recovery of mental energy and so on. Physical energy can give a faster recovery.
