Chapter 4 - The beginning of Muichiro's journey and the tyrant captain's indifference in the city.

As always. It's dawn after sunset, and Muichiro hasn't slept since early morning.

Two years later, he turned 14.

He grew to 178 centimeters, but his baby face remained.

He was standing in the middle of the room in lightweight clothes. He was breathing heavily, but not for nothing. He just finished training.

He had finally mastered two new breathing techniques. All that remained was to awaken the hacks of armament and surveillance.

Thanks to his talent, he was able to easily master two breathing techniques and make them better.

In two years, he was well prepared. He studied the island thoroughly and knew that there were other islands far beyond the horizon behind him. Thanks to the map, he was able to figure out where he was going. The closest island was Yotsuba Island. He needed to find the city on the map and exchange the gold he found here and buy a small sailboat.

He packed his clothes and basic necessities. He took food for the next 7 days and loaded it onto a boat that he had recently built.

"I can finally sail away from this island. Today is the last day I'll be on it," Muichiro thought to himself.

He knew that the next stage was to awaken Haki, perfect his breathing technique, and continue the journey back home, if this was indeed his homeworld.

He is tired of rival beasts, because they do not bring him the fruits of training. The fight usually ended before it even started.

Thanks to the transparent world and the instinct of a swordsman, he easily anticipated every attack of wild animals. Every movement they made when he was in this state was very slow for him.

He put on a dark hooded cloak and holstered his katana. I took a bag and put a couple of fruits in it on the road. He had to walk to the boat for about 4 hours.

He walked over to the boat and looked back at the island. He examined it and did not notice anything that caused him concern. Everything was safe. He sighed and boarded the boat.

After sailing away from the island, he spread his makeshift sail and after a few hours he left behind the familiar scenery and silence. He felt a little nervous, but he was determined and ready for new challenges. Unknown roads and dangers awaited him ahead, but in his heart he carried confidence in his abilities.

Muichiro was sitting on the bow of the boat, his hands confidently and carefully cleaning his katana. The blade sparkled in the morning sun, reflecting his determination and concentration.

Ever since his previous life, he had gotten used to cleaning the blade after every fight, so that the blade would not rust. He was lucky that he found special katana tools in that temple.

The boat was slowly gliding across the calm surface of the water, leaving a barely noticeable trail behind it. There was silence all around, broken only by the lapping of waves and the occasional cry of birds.

After a while, Muichiro stood at the bow of the boat, peering at the horizon. It had been almost two days since he left the island, and his heart was beating faster at the thought of what was ahead.

The sky was clear and the sun was shining brightly, but Muichiro could feel fatigue starting to bind his body. He held the steering wheel tightly, trying to focus on the path. The waves gently rocked the boat, creating a rhythmic noise that was soothing, but at the same time reminded of a long journey.

A little more and he will arrive on another island where there are people.

After some time, he sailed to the island, supplies were almost running out. Upon arrival on the island, he did not meet anyone who could guard the island and could tell him where to go. He took the suitcase in which he kept the jewelry from the boat. He put it down at his feet and took a card out of his pocket.

He looked at where he should go approximately, and leaving the boat and taking only what he needed, he went to look for the city.

There were several roads, so he was going for luck.

On the way, he finally met some civilians who told him where to go.

At first, he bothered them because of his strange clothes. They realized that he wasn't a local, he was so young, and he was probably already a bandit.

"The clothes give it away, right?" he thought to himself, but then he became indifferent again. After giving a couple of gold coins, he went where he was told.

A few hours later, on the way, he found the entrance to the city, which was on the map.

The city stands out for its towers in the form of power plants, each of which bristles with cannons.

Standing on one of the roofs, he began to explore the city. Some strange people are running around in the cloaks of justice. Fortunately, he was not noticed. He was walking around the city and realized that there was some kind of mess going on here. The residents seemed to be in fear of something or someone.

He walked up to a bar and decided to go in for a bite to eat.

When Muichiro entered the bar and saw a beautiful girl with bright hair at the counter. She was enthusiastically telling something to the visitors. As Muichiro got closer, he heard the girl talking about adventures and treasures.

Muichiro went to the counter and ordered a juice. He began to listen to the Rhetoric about the world he suddenly found himself in. Ririka was talking about pirates and treasures, and Muichiro was interested. Then he asked where he could exchange the gold. Ririka looked at him carefully and asked,

"Are you looking for a place to exchange gold?"

Muichiro nodded.

— Yes, I would also like to know where I can buy a small sailboat.

Ririka thought about it and replied,

"There are several places for exchanging gold, but I know one thing— the Gold Exchange. It's a small shop on the corner, they are always friendly and give a good course.

Muichiro thanked her and asked,

"Where can I buy a small sailboat?"

Ririka thought for a moment and replied,

"I know that there are several shops selling yachts and sailboats in the port. One of them is "Sea Horizons". They specialize in small vessels.

Muichiro smiled and thanked her.

Ririka smiled and added,

"If you have any questions or need help, please contact us." I'm always ready!

Muichiro was walking down the street towards the money exchanger to exchange his money. When he found the exchanger, he went inside. The employee serving him began to explain the exchange procedure. However, Muichiro noticed that there were inconsistencies and lies in the employee's words. He realized that they were trying to deceive him, and decided not to continue the exchange. The employee tried his best to persuade him, but he failed.

I'll have to buy a sailboat for gold. I also needed to buy something like a compass. Supplies and clothing.

While Muichiro was going about his business, he did not have time to notice how a couple of guards blocked his way.

—Hey, kid! – One of the guards addressed him.

Muichiro raised his head and saw two Marines standing in front of him. Yes, he found out about the Marines from that girl at the bar. He looked at them with indifference and asked a question.

— Did you want something?

One of them thought that Muichiro was an ordinary civilian, but after noticing his katana, they decided to stop him to understand where he was from and where he was going to go. They hadn't seen him here before.

Yes. They were ordinary patrolmen.

One of them decided to continue the conversation, since the guy decided to ask them what they wanted about him.

— Kid, you're probably not from around here, judging by your clothes, where are you from, and tell me the purpose of your arrival.

Muichiro thought about the best way to respond and came up with an idea. He saw that one of them was looking at his katana and decided to respond as follows.

— Don't pay attention. I'm just passing by here. I don't think it will matter where I come from anymore, because today I won't be here on this island anymore.

"Judging by his aura, he's an ordinary civilian, but his sword... He's extraordinary. I think it's better to let him go for now and report to Captain Morgan."

While one of the guards was thinking that, Muichiro had already turned around and left towards the port.

In the office:

Captain Morgan sat and shouted at his subordinates.

— WHAT????! I DON'T GIVE A DAMN WHO YOU STOPPED! IF HE'S UNKNOWN TO US, THEN HE DOESN'T MATTER!!!MOREOVER, HE SAID THAT HE WON'T BE HERE FOR LONG!I DON'T WANT ANY TROUBLE OVER SOME SWORDSMAN! GOD FORBID OUR PLANS GO WRONG! JUST THE OTHER DAY, WE CAUGHT ONE OF THE PIRATE HUNTERS, WHO IS MORE FAMOUS IN OUR DISTRICTS! THEY'RE ALSO FINISHING A STATUE FOR ME, AND BY THE WAY! SO THAT YOU CAN BE THERE TOO WHEN THEY START LIFTING HER TO THE TOP OF THE BUILDING!! QUICKLY CONTINUE PATROLLING THE CITY!

Having reported, they went on to monitor the city.

But Morgan thought like this: "If someone shows up in his city and doesn't cause problems, then you shouldn't pay attention to anyone."

Thanks to this mindset, perhaps he was lucky not to run into Muichiro today.
