Chapter 95 - Chapter 95: Super Divine Water! Kami Piccolo the Master Manipulator

After settling the matter of senzu beans with Korin, Vegeta didn't take the Cat Hermit's remaining twelve beans.

Instead, he told him to use all twelve strictly as seeds for cultivation.

According to Korin, he had been working nonstop for half a year to expand senzu bean production.

Though the beans ripened once a month — normally yielding twenty to thirty beans per cycle — nothing could survive Yajirobe's constant snacking.

These twelve were the only ones Korin had managed to hide with great difficulty.

Hearing this, the anger Vegeta had just managed to suppress toward Yajirobe flared up again.

As expected — senzu scarcity wasn't Korin's fault at all.

It was entirely Yajirobe sabotaging production, year after year.

Early in the Z-era, there were still a few beans left.

But by the Majin Buu arc, Korin had practically stopped cultivating them altogether because of Yajirobe.

That's why during key moments there were only two or three beans total.

If Vegeta hadn't already sent Yajirobe away, he might seriously have reconsidered killing him.

With that matter settled, Vegeta even considered assigning a permanent guard to the tower —

partly to ensure the beans' safety, partly to help look after Korin.

But on second thought, that would amount to surveilling the Cat Hermit.

Better not.

"From what I know, Earth has something called Super Divine Water. Drinking it unlocks someone's hidden potential — correct?"

Vegeta shifted topics.

Korin paused, surprised.

"You even know about that? Yes, Earth does have the Super Divine Water… but it isn't just a potential-unlocking sacred liquid — it's also lethal.

Anyone unable to withstand it dies instantly."

Even if Vegeta wasn't an ordinary person, Korin still had to warn him.

Vegeta nodded. "To gain greater strength, danger is inevitable. I came for two things — senzu beans, and the Super Divine Water."

Korin could no longer dissuade him, but his curiosity grew.

"I truly can't imagine it. You're already this strong, yet you still seek greater power… Are the enemies of the future so powerful that even you, right now, can't defeat them?"

Vegeta wasn't surprised by the question.

After yesterday's events and the massive disturbance caused, Korin had definitely sensed something from below.

As Earth's hermit, he could observe what happened in the mortal world, so he must have overheard Vegeta and Bulma discussing the future.

"If you want to know, I'll tell you. In your eyes, I may already seem overwhelmingly powerful.

But compared to the truly supreme beings out there — even if I were a thousand times stronger — I would still be nothing more than an ant."

Just this single statement made cold sweat run down Korin's back.

If Vegeta considered himself an ant, then those beings must be capable of annihilating Earth with a thought.

No — Vegeta himself could already destroy the planet with a thought.

So what kind of existence must stand above that?

"Terrifying… As expected, perspective determines everything. Earth has only begun to break free from its old limits because beings like you arrived…" Korin murmured.

Vegeta simply nodded, not elaborating further.

The discussion then shifted to the Super Divine Water itself.

Korin withheld nothing — he told Vegeta all related information and directed him to the far northern region where the trial awaited.

There were two ways to obtain the Super Divine Water:

1. Travel to the deep north and undergo the same trials that Goku once faced.

2. Enter the inner sanctum beneath the Lookout — the resting place of past Kami — though only the God of Earth could access that place safely.

Vegeta was curious about that second location, but the northern trials intrigued him more.

So he made his choice.

And indeed — the trial was difficult.

Even though Vegeta, as a transmigrator, knew everything he saw was an illusion, and even though his power could crush mountains, he still nearly lost himself inside the dreamscape.

Only when he fully regained clarity of mind did he break through the illusion and reach the deepest part of the secret realm — where the guardian of the Super Divine Water awaited.

Under the guardian's watch, Vegeta drank the water.

He had no fear of dying from its poison.

If Super Divine Water could kill him, then it truly deserved its legendary reputation.

Besides, with his and Bulma's relationship now established, if he died, she would immediately gather the Dragon Balls and resurrect him.

As for the concern that resurrection might revive only the original Vegeta's soul — he wasn't worried at all.

His own consciousness and Vegeta's had already fused perfectly.

Even in death, he was Vegeta.

The moment he swallowed the water, pain surged through every part of him.

But compared to what kid Goku endured in the original timeline — nearly dying — Vegeta found the pain manageable.

After all, he had survived near-death training and multiple extreme trials; this level of agony only made him frown slightly.

Once the Super Divine Water took effect, Vegeta was genuinely shocked.

Carefully sensing the changes, he concluded:

The water greatly purified and strengthened the body, unlocking deep hidden power —

and it sharply increased the purity of his ki.

For someone as powerful as he already was, the improvement wasn't earth-shattering, but it was definitely significant.

In fact, after the enhancement, Vegeta's battle power exceeded 16 million.

An increase of over a million — impressive by any standard.

Goku hadn't gained nearly this much in the original story, though proportionally, the boost was similar.

Truthfully, once one reached this level, progress through normal training slowed dramatically.

Only by breaking through to a higher realm could large improvements appear again.

Leaving the northern region, Vegeta set a spatial marker there, planning to bring subordinates in the future to unlock their potential as well.

If there was a cheat available, he had no intention of wasting it.

Returning to Korin Tower, the Cat Hermit was stunned to see Vegeta back so quickly.

He had never imagined the Saiyan prince would finish the trial — and survive the water — in such a short time.

"You Saiyans really are monsters," Korin muttered.

Vegeta simply chuckled and didn't take offense.
