Both the teams stare at each other ready to destroy the other. Jaylon stares at one of the other team's players. The player looks at him. "Stop staring at me creep." He said. Yoichi stared at the player intensely as if he was analyzing his very being. He rushed over to me. "Hey, bro that guy right there is…" "There's nothing to worry about." I said with a stern look in my eyes and a slick smirk. Yoichi watched me walk away and placed his head on his forehead.
I got ready for kick off and stretched my arms. The player from earlier walked up to me. "You look excited." I looked back at the player with a devious grin as the fiery passion leaked out of my eye socket. "Why do you care?" The player looks down at the ball and says "I honestly don't think it was just a random statement."
The ref started the kick off and Yoichi passed me the ball. I began to dribble but in an instant the emperor on par with the gods whispers "Executed." As he steals the ball and as soon as I even have the thought to look back and chase after this beast of a man. His teammate slammed into me which caused me to be unable to turn back. The player dribbled past the whole defense and shot the ball. But that's all the drama he needed, our ace emerged from the shadows to light up our solar system. And as he blocks the shot he smirks and looks at the player. "How old fashioned!" The player scoffed and said "Just give up y'all don't have a chance."
Valeri laughed, still crouched on the ground with the ball inches away from him. "Does that include me?" Valeri launched the ball away, and the player turned to look toward me. This pressure…I can't…I can't breathe. I kneeled over and Yoichi zipped through the crowd and trapped the ball, and readied himself to dribble past the whole defense. I looked forward to seeing him zipping past every defender. Okay okay, it's gonna be okay. I have Yoichi.
Yoichi scanned the whole field and as I gazed into his eyes, I saw a pattern that resembled a sniper's scope. Yoichi stared into my soul, preparing to pass me the ball as 5 defenders surrounded him. He winded his foot back and as the defender jumped to block his passing course, and as soon as they looked away for a split instant Yoichi flicks the ball up and darts past the defenders. As this divine light has an open shot towards the goal, he hesitates. The most rational person on the field's stomach dropped to the depths of hell as he did something so irrational not even the gods could understand his action. He passed it to me.
"WHAT THE HELL?!" I stared at the ball in disbelief before it immediately got intercepted by a young player. His hair was a light pink and he had sharp teeth, his face was covered in piercings. The player raised his hand up and smirked. He immediately passed it to one of his teammates. The one-two passing quickly overwhelmed our entire defense, as if they were going into a functioning machine and destroying it from the inside with such precision you couldn't even tell what's happening from the outside. But only one person could tell. Jaylon dashes at the young player full speed. "Nice try short fry." He said, but before Jaylon could even touch the young player, he changed direction and ran behind Jaylon. As Jaylon looked at the peer chaos that was created by one player, he messed up his footing and fell deep into the broken machine.
Everything was a part of this boy's plan. Some might say it wasn't even a plan. He's predicting everything as if he already saw it before. The player from before ran forward ready for a pass, and a player kicked the ball full force to the player. As the player looked at the ball his expression didn't change. But the dots didn't connect to make a constellation, as our star pulled everything together only to make it collapse. "I saw that dumbass." But the ball hovers over him, shocking both the player and Valeri. As the world goes into slow motion, the realization of both the player and Valeri being pawns in a god's plan. Valeri was just a small star in a vast universe. As the omnipotent being made a fool out of both him and his play.
Yoichi tries to stop the ball by jumping up and trying to head it. But he just barely missed it. As the masterpiece that only one with 5th dimension sight can see almost finishes itself. But The Reaper emerges from the depths of desperation as his instincts bring him to the right place at the right time. As I slammed into the young player, he set his footing as it echoed through the hollow machine that was once my team.
The world is built on those who can see the unthinkable and those who can't. Those who can see these things are known as geniuses. But what is it called when somebody changes society's view on things by improving the things that people can see? The Reaper looked on in terror as this young player did an immediate rainbow flick and jumped up for an acrobatic shot. As I attempted to jump up and kick the ball away I felt a heavy weight on my shoulder. It was the young player's hand as he smirked and kicked the ball.
The world looked in pure awe as the boy made a masterpiece out of what society calls mediocre. A prodigy looks at a genius who broke his machine down and used their parts in order to make his own machine. The boy lands as he looks at his hands. As if he was craving more. He wasn't satisfied by such an amazing goal. His words whisper through my mind as he says "More."
