"Robert you're awake and well" Dominic beamed with excitement as he saw robert well and sound.
"Well as you can see am in great shape" Robert smiled.
"bro you've been in coma for three days, that I thought you weren't going to wake up for good" Dominic had a somber expression as he remembered robert in a state of coma.
"As the heavens have it, here I am, up and strong" Robert flexed his body to show proof he was indeed well and okay.
"Robert it's a relief that you and Elisa survived the red rift incident" Dominic said as he looked at both of them.
"yeah its really a miracle for us to had survived, because I remembered been made a bloody mess by an orc" robert said as his expression turned sour.
"Huh?" Dominic was taken aback by his words.
"What do you mean bloody mess? Clearly when my master found you guys, you three had passed out already and were unscratched, despite been surrounded by carnage and destruction" Dominic told him.
"huh your master? And we were three?" Robert became confused
"Yeah, the third person was an elf girl" Dominic said to him as he thought robert was trying to act dumb.
"That I cannot remember or Elisa do you remember?" Robert turned to Elisa as he asked her but at that moment the look in her eyes and on her face changed instantly as she remembered the gruesome scene of her classmates been killed and the humiliating death of shelly as the horrors of the incident replayed in her head.
The she began to shiver with fear as the scenes replayed in her head as she could clearly remember the screams of shelly as the goblins ravaged her and the way she was killed, she shivered uncontrollable as she couldn't say a word.
Looking at his sister robert felt something wrong as he read her body language.
"Elisa whats wrong?" Robert asked as he walked towards her and at moment she busted in tears.
"Elisa?" Robert was surprised at her sudden burst even their mother felt puzzled, dominic was taken aback too. Then robert took her in his arms as he felt he might have reminded her of the bone chilling events that took place that day.
"They were my classmates but they all met terrible ends and their deaths were horrible, even shelly was raped to death and killed brutally, it was just I and Zoe, the elf" Elisa said as she cried out.
"When I thought we were going to end like up shelly then you came to our aid, even after been brutally beaten half to death still yet you saved me and shelly" Elisa said with tears as she held robert tightly recounting the events.
"Eh? I saved you and your friend?" Robert felt confused at her words as he had a big question mark on his face.
"Don't you remember?" Elisa was surprised by his response.
"Clearly, at that moment you laid in your own pool of blood, a crimson light shrouded your entire body and it shot towards the sky like a beam and then the crimson light was replaced by a bright golden light which engulfed you and the golden light shot towards the sky, but its intensity was more than that of the crimson light" Elisa explained then she stopped and looked at Dominic unsure of whether to continue or not.
"Elisa its okay, his no stranger to me, he is even more than a friend, more of a brother" Robert said to Elisa as he understood she was about say something confidential and he had to ensure her that dominic could be trusted.
So, she began to tell the tale after about ten minutes of retelling everything that had occurred.
"What!!! Are you seriously kidding me!" Robert exclaimed with shock as he heard Elisa recount the incidents even Dominic looked at robert with his jaws agape as he heard Elisa's recap.
"But if I really transformed into that and fought the goblins, then why can't I remember then!" robert felt confused because if he had really transformed and gotten an unknown power at least his memory should be able to record that but damn he could not remember a thing.
"Well even at that moment, the kind of aura you emitted, it didn't feel like you at all, it looked as if at that moment you were somebody else" Elisa said as she gently squeezed the helm of her dress, as the scenes were brutal to recount.
At that moment, Robert had a sudden realization as he looked at his hand and leg which were decapitated.
"Then it must be because of that, my hand and legs healed I guess" Robert felt it unreal to believe.
"So, does this mean that your talent is actually immortal" Dominic felt shocked then he remembered something.
"Wait this means the huge pillar of golden light manifested from you then" as Dominic said this, robert eyes widened in shock.
"But how is that even possible, remember I clearly awakened a white talent" Robert could not believe it.
"Well anything can be possible my dear child" their mother finally spoke up as she had been silent ever since, they all looked at her as she stood up and walked towards robert.
"Give me your hand" his mom said to him and robert straight forth his hand towards his mother who held his hand and then her hand suddenly glowed a soft blue light and the blue light spread unto Robert's entire body.
Robert felt a cool sensation wash over his body as his mom held his hand with the blue light glowing softly on his entire body.
Then suddenly like a gush of fierce wind, a golden and red aura suddenly exploded from his body, his aura was visible to the naked eye
Dominic was shocked by such an aura coming from his friend and his aura kept increasing with each passing second.
"what the heck!" Even robert felt surprised as his aura manifested.
Then out of nowhere, red draconic scales began to form on his hand and arms, and on parts of his face.
"Holy sh*t!!" Dominic couldn't believe his eyes as his jaw drooped in awe and shock as he saw a manifestation like no other.
"I can't believe this, it's really true" even robert himself was also surprised on was this possible because clearly this wasn't the power type he awakened.
"Looks like he was right in the end" tears silently streamed down Robert's mom's cheeks as the image of a man smiling appeared in her mind.
"Right about what?" Robert felt confused at her word.
"Judging from your aura my dear child, your power type is draconic overlord and your talent is Immortal" She said with tears of joy in her eyes as she immediately hugged him, as she sobbed.
"He was always right" She sobbed as she said.
Meanwhile Dominic and Elisa were dumbstruck as they heard her, dominic felt like he was about to collapse this instant. As the information was too much for him to digest.
"He has a freaking immortal talent, then how come did the crystal detect it as a white talent" Dominic was in uproar.
"He re-awakened" she said to them all, and everyone was taken aback by her word, as anyone knows, the probability of one re-awakening was one in a billion and at the rate of 0.05% and almost even unheard of.
"So, this means, I no longer have a white talent" emotions welled up in Robert's eyes as his mother confirmed his words with a nod as the red scales disappeared and his aura residing back into his body.
"finally, my effort wasn't for noting in the end" tears streamed down Robert's cheeks as the he was overwhelmed by joy
"Robert this really too much of an intake for me, immortal talent hell yeah this is damn awesome" Dominic celebrated.
"Oh, I just remembered, my master asked me to hand this to you" reaching inside his pocket, dominic brought out a letter and handed it over to robert who accepted the letter.
Upon the seeing the seal of the letter, his eyes immediately widened in shock, his trembled as he held the letter in his hand.
"This…this seal it belongs to sliver star academy" Robert's voice trembled.
"Yeah it's the seal of the academy, I was admitted to the academy since my master is part of the academy" Dominic said with a smile.
Upon opening the letter and reading the contents of the letter a shocked expression appeared on his face as read the letter, with his eyes glued to the letter, he stood still without saying a word as he held the letter in his hands.
"What does the letter say, brother?" Elisa had a look of curiosity on her face as she looked at the letter in his hand.
"This is unbelievable" Robert said as his eyes widened.
"What does the letter say" Dominic said been impatient, wanting to hear what the letter meant.
"I have given admission into Sliver star academy!!" Robert shouted with joy as he threw his hands into the air. One miracle wasn't enough but two.
Everyone was stunned as they heard him, Dominic was more of shocked as he didn't expect this.
"But the question is how I could get an admission into such a prestigious academy, when clearly everyone saw the talent I awakened, or" At that moment a sudden realization dawned on Robert.
"I guess my master is the culprit" Dominic said as he pieced everything together.
"But how would he know?" Robert asked
"He was the one that brought the three of you to safety, he must have seen the golden light and traced its source" Dominic said to robert as he brought the clues together regarding Elisa's tale
"the name of your master is Charles Valborg right" Robert's mom asked dominic who nodded in response.
"Known as the sword king, with his level, he must have sensed your aura" She said as she sat down.
"So just from my aura alone, he sensed I awakened?"
"Yes dear" His mother affirmed
"So, bro this means, me and you get to go to the same academy" Dominic smirked.
"I guess so" Robert replied.
"This is freaking awesome, I can't wait to see the looks on those bastards face when they get to know that you got admitted into Sliver star academy" Dominic grinned.
"So, this means you both will be going to the capital" Elisa chimed in
"Yep" they both responded in sync
They three celebrated as a curse has become a blessing in disguise and sadness had turned to celebration.
"What an unexpected miracle" Their mother said with a smile.
