In the beginning, the world was not divided into pantheons. There were no "Greek gods," or "Egyptian gods," or "Norse gods."
There were only Primordials — beings older than matter, older than time, older than thought.
The Primordials didn't create Aurelon.
They awakened into it.
And their awakening birthed echoes — forces that later took shape as gods.
THE PRIMORDIALS — THE FIRST SIX
1. AETHERION (Cosmic Breath)
The origin of all energy — the source of Aether itself.
Every clan user, every awakened, every mythical beast draws existence from him.
2. KHAOS (The First Void)
Not evil — just empty.
Where Aetherion created life, Khaos created absence.
Her essence became Umbral power, used by Nocteris.
3. TYPHONIS (The Storm Before Storms)
The breath that became all winds.
The father of every sky god in every pantheon.
4. GAEROS (Stone Without Age)
The body of the world.
From him came every earth deity, from Gaia to Geb.
5. OMON-RA (The First Light)
The sun was not his creation — it was his shadow.
When he breathed, stars ignited.
6. DEIMORA (Fear Given Shape)
Not a destroyer, but a sculptor of instincts: fear, survival, hunger.
She fathered no gods… but her influence touched every creature.
These six Primordials lived for eons, and their echoes birthed the gods we know: Zeus, Odin, Ra, Amaterasu, Quetzalcoatl — all were reflections of the Primordials filtered through culture, land, Aether, and belief.
But humans misunderstood something crucial:
**The gods weren't separate families. They were siblings.
They were mirrors of each other.**
Zeus and Thor?
Different cultures grasping at the same divine spark — Typhonis' echo.
Osiris and Hades?
Two faces of death born from the shadow of Khaos.
Ra and Amaterasu?
Twin lights cast by Omon-Ra.
And this is where the truth becomes dangerous.
WHAT THE GODS HID FROM MORTALS
Every time a god split across cultures — Ra into Apollo, Apollo into Mithras, Mithras into Belenus — their power also split.
The more humans worshipped them, the clearer their individual form became.
By the time Aurelon stabilized:
There were 37 major gods, across 11 pantheons, all born from six Primordials.
Each pantheon governed a portion of the world:
GREEK — Willpower, storms, human ambition
EGYPTIAN — Death, rebirth, solar might
NORSE — War, fate, survival, winter
YORUBA / ORISA — Pure Aether manipulation
SHINTO (Japan) — Spirits, nature, transformation
AZTEC — Sacrifice and cosmic cycles
HINDU — Creation, destruction, rebirth
MESOPOTAMIAN — Order, law, kingship
CELTIC — Nature, illusion, fate
CHINESE — Balance, dragons, elemental cycle
SLAVIC — Shadows, forests, ancient beasts
Each pantheon birthed its own clans.
Each clan held a fragment of a god's breath.
But there was one rule the gods agreed on — one they enforced with absolute violence:
A SINGLE PERSON MUST NEVER HOLD TWO GOD-POWERS AT ONCE.
Dual awakening breaks the balance of the Primordials.
Because a dual-god user is not a human.
They are a Primordial vessel.
They can swallow gods.
Destroy pantheons.
Rewrite Aether itself.
This is why the Auricus Clan (Kairo's lineage) was erased from history.
This is why Sensi hunted them.
This is why Ataraxia's existence is impossible.
Or should be.
THE RACES OF THE WORLD (LORE)
Before humans learned Aether, the world was shared by races shaped directly by gods:
1. The Titanborn (First Race)
Massive beings carved from Gaeros' bones. Extinct now.
2. The Seraphites (Light-Weavers)
Servants of Omon-Ra, made of living light.
Some rumors say they still guard abandoned temples.
3. The Nox'kin (Shadowfolk)
Children of Khaos.
Not evil — but incomprehensible.
4. The Jotunnspawn
Ice-blooded descendants of Typhonis.
Norse myths called them Giants.
5. The Anubarii
Jackal-headed guardians created by Osiris.
They judged souls long before humans ever did.
6. The Oni
Born from Deimora's fear-force and Shinto essence.
7. The Oba'rii
Spirit-walkers created by Yoruba gods — capable of pure Aether combat that required no chants.
Most died in the Divine Collapse.
But some, hidden in shadows of Aurelon, still exist.
And some… serve Sensi.
THE DARK SECRET OF SENSI
Sensi is not a child of any clan.
He is not a god's chosen.
He is not a prophet.
He is something far worse.
Sensi was a human who discovered the greatest truth:
**Aether can be stolen.
God-power can be extracted.
And humans — created from Aetherion — can absorb ANY divine energy.**
He was the first Harvester.
And his first victims?
Not enemies.
Not beasts.
But a clan capable of dual awakenings, born with the potential to become Primordials themselves:
The Auricus.
Kairo's bloodline.
Sensi didn't just kill them.

And Kairo's father…
