Author's Note
So, I did some research and found out that I was stupid. Originally Whiteflame Town and then changed to Baisong Town was actually a real area in Genshin Impact. It's a sub-region called Poisson... so I changed all instances of Whiteflame Town and Baisong Town to Poisson for accuracy.
Also, only one chapter today because of personal reasons, so I will do 3 chapters tomorrow for sure. Trust.

The Knave: "Regarding Mr. Myles and Mr. Sylph... you have my deepest condolences. If it had been possible, I truly wish my people could have arrived sooner, so that this tragedy might have been avoided."
Navia shook her head. "Please don't say that. No one is obligated to do anything. You and your subordinates already did everything you could. And just as Paimon said—Myles and Sylph didn't give their lives as a price for anyone. They weren't a sacrifice. They simply chose, of their own will… to become heroes."
The Knave: "Yes... please accept my sympathies, Miss Navia."
"I must return to the House of the Hearth. There are still matters that require my attention, and the children need supervision."
She took a few steps, then paused. "Oh—Traveler, Paimon. There's one more thing."
Paimon spread her hands. "Huh? I thought you were just going to say goodbye... and maybe chat a bit!"
The Knave gave a small, elegant smile. "I only employ that sort of conversational finesse when it is necessary."
[Ganyu: Paimon spreading her hands like that is adorable.]
[Keqing: If Paimon went to Fontaine, will she visit Liyue too?]
[Arataki Itto: A flying little lavender melon—yeah, cute!]
[Paimon: YOU'RE the lavender melon! (angry)]
The Knave turned to Lumine. "You and I both understand that something is wrong with the Primordial Sea. The first anomaly was the submersible valve at the Fortress of Meropide... and now Poisson's rising water level."
Lumine: "So... it's time for us to work together?"
The Knave nodded. "Indeed. I want to share the latest intelligence gathered by the House of the Hearth."
"During recent investigations, several of our children reported discovering an ancient ruin near Poisson. It is ancient—and, by all indication, worth a thorough examination."
"What lies inside may be connected to the prophesied disaster. With the situation growing more urgent, any information is invaluable."
"My people originally came to explore this ruin, but the disaster struck, and rescuing Poisson's residents became the priority."
Navia: "I see... Thank you for your help."
The Knave continued, addressing Lumine: "I had intended to bring the children with me, but Lyney and Lynette insisted on assisting with the evacuation efforts. Lyney said that, aside from the House of the Hearth, the person he trusts most is you."
"So—I would like to entrust this task to you."
[Ningguang: One should judge deeds, not intentions. Whatever secrets the Fatui hide in Fontaine, the Knave's actions saved many lives.]
[Zhongli: Based on current observations, the Knave is indeed a respectable individual.]
[Diluc: I agree with the assessment from our Liyue friends.]
[Kaeya: The video is supposed to be a compilation of tear-jerking moments... Don't tell me it ends with Navia and the Knave dying?]
[Ningguang: The title is "Dance of the Sinner." So far, I haven't seen a single true sinner.]
[Navia: As a native of Fontaine... I truly hope the disasters will stop.]
[Charlotte: Same here.]
Navia: "I'd like to come as well."
Paimon waved her hands rapidly. "No way, no way! Navia's still in such a bad state, she needs rest!"
Navia: "Of course I'm upset, but I can't just go back and sit somewhere in a daze. With this disaster happening, despair serves no purpose. As the leader of the Spina di Rosula, I must act in a way that lives up to my father's expectations."
"And... for my own sake as well. I need to do something to keep my mind occupied... so I won't dwell on Myles and Sylph."
...
Following the map's guidance, Lumine and Navia entered the ruins.
Inside, the structure had already been half-submerged by seawater.
