Chapter 5 - CHAPTER 5: My Ex-Father

Now her husband looked a lot calmer, "if the cleaning crew can really finish it in five minutes than I don't care." They now both started laughing at each other, the harmless prank, his reaction and just lovey Dovey husband and wife things. "Mark I can't anymore you always crack me up," she now shifted her direction into his. She gave him a little kiss on his lips, which had caught him completely off guard. "I'm so glad you're with me now, I don't know how I could ever live without you." Camilla ran into his buffed-up arms, and he hugged her extremely tight. In fact, he was a little afraid it would be uncomfortable for her since his muscles were somewhat of discomfort to his sometimes. So, he just couldn't imagine how she felt as a delicate lady, he quickly pulled back. She then grabbed him by his waist and started kissing him. He kissed back, and it had turned into a whole affair. She pulled back and laughed once more, "what a beautiful day you know, it feels like I could do anything!" Mark also started laughing and even fell onto the ground, fortunately for him though Camilla had put lots of thick fur carpets in the area that he fell in. Before they both knew it though the cleaning crew was done and only needed to get rid of the carpets Mark was laying on, but they decided to leave him since he looked very happy. And they also didn't want to agitate him, for they were just the cleaning crew. They were nothing compared to him and all his workers, so they just smiled at Camilla for a moment before walking out the office. "Well, what did he say sweetie, did he do it or not?" Mark shifted his body to face the window, and Camilla followed close behind grabbing his shoulders. "He didn't do what I wanted him to do; he only accomplished half." "Now he needs to complete the other half for things to be truly complete."

I smiled at Iris, the lady who I thought was just a b*tch who wanted to scam me for her needs. But no, now I felt guilty because of how unfair the deal was, but still it was iris's idea to do all this. So, a slight weight had been lifted off my shoulders, but yet after that it still didn't sit right with me. It was like taking advantage of someone because you felt it was right, or that they agreed to it yada yada. But that wasn't the case for me, maybe my mom had raised me right or something because I hated taking advantage of people. Even if they were the ones that had brought up the idea, you were still aware that what you were doing was unfair. I followed behind Iris when I realized she was ahead of me, and her mansion was huge so I couldn't get lost here. Especially when I didn't even know the way, "wait up Iris I don't know the way!" Iris was now speeding up after hearing my remark. She was now laughing at me, and my attempt to run behind her. I liked this feeling, I liked being loved like my mother had once loved me, but if only my mother was here right now with me. If only she could have lived this life with me, everything would have been perfect if wasn't for my father sending the sniper. 'It was my fault' I mused, 'I was the one who should have changed spots earlier or shoved my mom out of the way and running with her.' Now I was slightly crying, all I did was freeze up and tell her to watch out. It was my f*cking fault, I'm the one to blame, I collapsed onto the ground for a moment like I had on the street the day before. I rapidly wiped my tears before laughing with Iris as she tried to beat me to the T.V room. When I finally made it next to her, I held onto her tight. Just like I was with the Vannel bag, I made sure she wouldn't leave me this time. Then finally we arrived at a dimly lit room, with black fur chairs that appeared to go back and forth. In front of the chairs was a vast projection screen, and when I looked up, I saw a projector stuck to the wall. I gasped and jumped onto one of the chairs, "Iris can I tell you something," I started. She quickly followed behind me and also jumped, "well go ahead I'm always listening Nina!" I laughed for a moment than cleared my throat, "you know about my ex-father right, the one that left my mom?" She nodded for a second before staying still for the rest of the story. "Well as you know he changed his name from Mark Boltan to Mark Brown which is his new wife's last name." "Because he didn't want people to mistake him as still part of 'that' family." Now came the part I was dreading because I couldn't handle thinking about it let alone saying it out loud to someone else. "He sent a sniper to kill me and my mom, and he, he, he succeeded with, with, killing, killing my, MOM!" I cried out. Iris now wrapped her hands around mine and started to sing a song that made me feel a little better. "That guy is literally the meaning of a f*cking b*tch who's a monster!" Iris screamed out.

"But sweetie you know what I said we must just forget about the Boltan's, soon enough they won't even exist anymore." "Only one kid left from the family that I need to kill." He smirked and smoothly took a sip of alcohol before burping out a nasty aroma. "Nina is such a b*tch you know, I can't believe she's still alive till now, you need to kill her Mark please." Camilla cried out. Mark made a slight nod and took another sip of alcohol, "well don't worry she's too vulnerable right now, Welle get her soon don't worry Welle get her soon." he uttered.
