Night fell, and Shea Thorne had eaten her fill. After washing her hands, Milo Sinclair spread a blanket on the grass by the tree. Shea lay down while Milo sat.
"Milo, do you remember when we were abroad, one evening, our group of friends were having a blast, but unfortunately, I was wearing high heels that night and couldn't join them?" Shea pulled Milo down to lie beside her, snuggling tightly into his embrace, her hand slipping under his collar, her fingers teasing the ticklish spot on his chest.
That was his only ticklish spot, in an unusual place, and Shea loved it.
"It's a pity there are no stars in the sky." That night was her Gregorian birthday, though she always valued her lunar birthday more. So, that day abroad, she and Milo had a grand dinner but no cake or gifts.
On the way back to the hotel, they happened to run into a reveling crowd. Shea had two huge blisters on her feet from that wild night abroad but didn't notice until the next day when they started to hurt.
