**Scene 16 – "The Town Market, Somewhat Close to Labeeb's House"**
*Labeeb returned to his fragile, modest home, and now he was strolling through the town market with his brother. The market was several miles away from their house.*
*Labeeb watched his peers, the children, riding bicycles and enjoying sweets. Suddenly, his older brother asked him a question.*
**Brother:** "Do you know what the most precious things in life are, Labeeb?"
*Labeeb answered confidently:*
**Labeeb:** "Yes, they are (sweets) and (bicycles)."
**Brother:** "And you don't think they are the most valuable things?"
**Labeeb:** "Because I don't recall our father ever coming home with sweets…
Nor has he ever bought a bicycle for you or me."
**Brother:** "No, they are not expensive. What I mean by the most precious things are those that cannot be measured by money.
It is true love, genuine friendship, loyalty, kindness, and forgiveness.
As for our father, he didn't buy us these things because he probably didn't think of it, or maybe for other reasons…
We barely have enough money to cover our basic needs."
**Labeeb:** "Okay, I understand."
*As they continued walking, they came across a medium-sized rock in the middle of the path. His brother, noticing that Labeeb was watching, lifted the rock and moved it out of the way.*
**Labeeb:** "But why did you do that?"
**Brother:** "So that no one trips over it and falls."
**Labeeb (angrily):** "But there are some people who deserve to trip and fall because they are bad."
*His brother looked at little Labeeb, then came closer and placed his hand on his head.*
**Brother:** "But there are others who don't deserve it… right?"
**Labeeb (annoyed):** "Yes, yes, I know."
**Brother:** "At least I feel relieved that the rock won't cause my little brother to stumble, and I won't have to worry about you while you walk this path."
