Chapter 25 - Scene 24

**The Gateway to the Unknown**

**Scene 24 – "Red Spiral Galaxy" – Planet Xin Xin**

_(Sad Rizos the warrior)… Here he is again, walking quietly with his steady steps through the alleys of one of the very old and poor cities, fragile and almost collapsing, where many people bore the signs of misery.

He walked and walked until he reached a small market, and he noticed something he did not like—and you won't like it either, viewers…

Among the people, he saw a man, a merchant with a cart full of more fruits and vegetables than it could carry. With him were two small boys around ten years old; one was pushing the cart while the other walked alongside the merchant, who was holding a whip.

Rizos noticed with his silver eyes that the merchant was cruel to the boy pushing the cart alone, hitting him with the whip. The other boy said:

"Come on, stop being lazy and push harder… Dad, hit him, it seems he doesn't understand our language, but he understands this" — pointing to the whip.

They were standing on the top of a slope. The boy pushing the cart struggled with its weight; if he pushed too hard, it would pull him downward and roll, and he wouldn't be able to stop it, falling into trouble with the cruel merchant and his son. Yet, they did not care, only hitting him relentlessly.

Rizos observed silently, approaching quietly and steadily, his steps inaudible, until he was standing directly behind the merchant and his son.

They were startled by his presence behind them and terrified… They turned to him and looked into his eyes, immediately sensing his anger, as well as a cold that seeped into their veins.

The merchant, trembling from cold and fear, said:

"W-what… do you… want…? Please, don't hurt me. I am a peaceful and p-p-p-poor man…"

Sad Rizos rarely spoke… He said nothing. He simply moved his gaze toward the boy pushing the cart. The boy looked into the eyes of the warrior, and then felt irresistible drowsiness. Everything seemed to spin around him, and the boy fell to the ground in a deep sleep.

The cart slipped, rolled down the slope, and crashed. All the fruits and vegetables scattered on the ground, and the destitute people rushed to gather as much as they could, jostling each other.

The merchant shouted:

"My cart… my cart… what have you done… what…"

But before he could finish, before another word could escape him… Sad Rizos spoke:

"The Claw…"

As seen before… his nails turned into knife-like claws, and before the merchant could utter another word, he and his son were shredded into pieces.

The injustice and cruelty of the merchant and his son had driven Rizos to act.

Rizos picked up the boy, who was still in a deep sleep, in his arms and walked to the train station. The station was crowded with people wanting to board, noisy, some even arguing about who would board first and who had to wait for the return of the single train.

But when they saw Sad Rizos approaching from afar… silence fell. Not a word, not even a whisper. Everyone stepped aside for him. He boarded the train with the boy asleep in his arms. No one else boarded; even those who had been arguing decided not to.

After a while… he disembarked and walked until he reached the seashore, the boy still asleep. Where is Rizos going?

The strange thing is that he pointed his distinctive sword toward the ground… and when the sword touched the earth, it sank deeply.

Rizos spoke to the sword:

"Follow me, Frost."

Could it be that the sword's name is Frost? Will it follow him underground?

And the most astonishing thing… wow… can you see that? Of course not… Rizos transformed into a majestic white wolf, with a pristine white mane like a lion's, but smooth and glossy, not puffy.

Rizos carried the boy by his shirt and swam into the waters of the sea.
