**The Gateway to the Unknown**
**Scene 25 – "Heart of the Galaxy – Dark Cloud Planet" – Kingdom of Nodia – Secluded Place**
*We return to Nodbark, the ruler, and his apprentice, Rai Raad. Today, he is about to train his pupil on how to connect with the Warrior's Land to grant him a strong and solid shield for protection. Let's follow them…*
*Nodbark stepped out of the throne room* and said to the boy:
"Follow me."
**Rai Raad:** "At once."
They headed to a place outside the kingdom walls. Nodbark commanded respect among all warriors; whenever he passed a group of them, they assumed the Warrior's Salute and presented it to him.
They said: "Honor and respect to you."
*Nodbark replied, placing his hand over his heart:* "Salute to you."
*"Now they have reached a secluded and suitable place for training…"*
**Nodbark:** "The most important thing for any warrior is the shield. The stronger it is, the better."
**Rai Raad:** "And how does the shield become stronger?"
**Nodbark:** "You must form it first, and then ask that question."
**Rai Raad:** "Excuse me, master."
**Nodbark:** "The shield's strength comes from the warrior's connection and focus with the Pulse Land. Forming it requires a high level of concentration.
The 'Unknown Fighter's Shield' varies from one warrior to another. It takes the shape and form the warrior desires.
A skilled warrior can control it fully, partially, or just a small section, depending on which part of his body he wants to protect and according to his preference."
*Rai Raad listened carefully, focusing on every word his master spoke.*
**Nodbark continued:** "But the effort to form the shield—which requires high concentration, as I said, between the warrior and the land—is usually limited to fighters with 'human-like physical traits.'
There are warriors armored by their natural form, who do not need to activate such a feature provided by the Pulse Land for the Unknown Fighter.
Yet, you must know that a naturally armored warrior can still form a shield on top of his armor. A human-shaped warrior can form a shield over his own, in any size he wants.
Like the Five Comets… they are warriors who form massive, solid shields around their bodies and travel with them through space, between planets and galaxies, like comets.
Hence, they are called the Five Comets.
You must also understand that forming a full shield, or even just a small part of it, while outside the Gateway to the Unknown—far from and outside the Warrior's Land—will be extremely difficult.
At that point, you are separated from your land, and forming it will require double the focus and strength. Only exceptional warriors can reach such high levels of concentration and connection with the 'Warrior's Land – Pulse Land.'
Now, begin."
*Rai Raad assumed the Warrior's Salute, began to focus, and tried to connect with the land, while Nodbark observed him…*
