Chapter 12 - Chapter 12 – Grinding for Capital

Vicky sat on the floor, back against the bed, phone resting on his knee. GTA: San Andreas loaded again. Another coin location. Another pull. Another wave of cold fatigue.

By the fifth coin, a sharp headache pressed behind his eyes.

Tch. So there's a cost.

"Vicky! Doodh le jao!"

He jolted, immediately sliding the coin under his pillow."Coming, Maa!"

He walked to the kitchen, acting normal. Sneha placed a glass in front of him.

"You look tired. Class itni mushkil?"

"It's fine," Vicky said. "Bas new things."

"Slow and steady," Vikram added without lowering the newspaper.

Vicky nodded silently. He wasn't studying. He was farming coins from a twenty-year-old game. And the headache wasn't helping.

Next day. "Class time."

He went straight to the pawn shop.

The old man didn't look surprised this time."Another coin?"

"Haan, Uncle. Same box mein mila."

The man weighed it, checked it."Twelve hundred."

"Done."

Vicky pocketed the money and stepped out. He now had ₹3,600. Enough to feel useful, not enough to buy anything.

He cycled toward Malviya Nagar but stopped halfway. A cyber café stood at the corner. Old board, peeling paint.

Internet – Rs. 30/Hour

Good enough.

He paid for an hour and took the computer in the back corner. The keyboard felt sticky, the mouse click uneven.

He opened a document.

Project: Invisible – What to Learn

He listed steadily:

Online money system

Cryptocurrency basics

Fake identity? (No idea.)

AI – how does it even work?

He clicked open a few articles. Blockchain. Wallet keys. Mining.

None of it made sense.

He frowned and ran a hand through his hair. "This is too complicated."

He tried another search:

"Fake identity India"

The first three results mentioned legal consequences.

He shut the window instantly.

"No. Not this route."

He closed the browser and leaned back. He had the power to pull anything from games… but he didn't have the knowledge to use it. That gap felt heavier than any coin.

He logged into a gaming forum. No agenda. Just instinct.

He typed:

NoobPlayer21:If you could take only one thing from a game into real life without anyone knowing, what would you take?

Replies appeared quickly.

xX_DarkLord:Lightsaber. End of story.

ArjunPro:GTA money cheat.

Then one reply stood out.

CuriousMind99:Money leaves a trail. First get disguise tools (RPG style). Then an AI companion from a sci-fi game to handle identities. After that, do whatever you want.

Vicky stared at the screen.

Simple. Clear. Logical.

He didn't need to overthink. He just needed to follow a structure.

Disguise.AI.Money.

And for that, he needed more silver coins. A lot more.

He closed the café door behind him and walked back to his cycle.

Tomorrow, he would farm again. No shortcuts. No fantasies.

Just grind.
