Synopsis
After the magical revolution in 1996, the Era of Mixed Species emerged, leading to the evolution of the new-generation population. From the currents of genetically variable magic, beings arose that did not conform to the traditional principles of magic, known as Anomalies. (Note rfrom VV : To simplify this. It's the world where everyone has distinctive skills like video games) VV: Hi, dear readers! Just a quick heads-up before you dive in. This story is set in 2022—yes, our modern world—just, you know, with fantasy stuff mixed in so smoothly you’d think it’s been there forever. No dusty medieval candles, no ancient scrolls for the morning news. Cute, right? Anyway... the story fllows Jenji Taro, a fourth-year exchange student fresh from London, navigating life at Starlight International School. Sounds normal enough, right? Well... let's just say the school has a few "Unusual" surprises up its sleeve more than Kenji could ever guess.

Chapter 1 - FBM - ANOMALY ARCHIVE LOG

V: Greetings, my dear readers! You can skip this boring introduction if you want—don't worry, the story really begins at Episode 1.

Alright, alright... I'll make it clear again. Ahem...

This tale follows a young man named Kenji, a transfer student from London, as he journeys to Starlight International School—a school of the Mixed-Species Era, where all sorts of Anomalies and species coexist! Sounds great, right? A nice, slice-of-life kind of story... tsk, tsk, tsk.

Let me tell you something: if life were really that boring, this story wouldn't even exist! This school holds more secrets than you can imagine. Have you heard the whispers about the forgotten boy? Perhaps... maybe... well, I won't spoil it for you.

Ah, but now it's time for me to dash. I've got juicy scoops to chase, of course. I'll drop some logs here if you want to dig deeper into this world or learn more about its history.

That's all for now. Love you—mwah mwah!

FBM – ANOMALY ARCHIVE LOG

Document No.: A-001 / Classified – Declassified for Historical Study

Title: The Journey of the Purple Witch — First Official Anomaly

Filed by: Federal Bureau of Magic (FBM)

Commentary added by: VV, sharp-tongued Mixed-Species era journalist

Date of Issue: January 13, 1996

Security Level: Formerly High, now Public Historical Release

[LOG – 01] BACKGROUND & POLITICAL CONTEXT

Timestamp: 13/01/1996 – 08:22 GMT

Recorded by: FBM Historian Unit

After a prolonged 12-year political struggle between the old Magic Council and a revolutionary faction led by the Altos family—one of the ancient bloodlines once labeled as a "threat to magical order" and hunted nearly to extinction—the magical world entered an era in which systemic inequalities were gradually dismantled.

Journalist note: "If it weren't for the Altos' stubbornness, we might still be living in a time where you had to ask permission just to light a fire."

[LOG – 02] THE PURPLE WITCH INITIATION EVENT

Timestamp: 13/01/1996 – 10:45 GMT

Subject: Ms. █████ █████ (File Code: PW-01)

Designation: First Recognized Anomaly

The individual recorded in this file—known among the populace as the "Purple Witch"—pioneered a new chapter in post-revolutionary history.

She was the first person officially recognized by FBM as an Anomaly.

The recorded actions in this file document the event in which she:

Pioneered a free Mixed-Species world.

In other words, she risked her heart, magical power, and daring to create a world where:

"Humans, magical beasts, giants, elves, werewolves, magic butterflies, and countless others can walk the same streets without being hunted or burned."

Journalist note: "Simply put, she unified the world through sheer emotion—and fortunately, she survived the process."

[LOG – 03] TRANSITION ERA – THE MIXED-SPECIES WORLD

Timestamp: 1996–2016 (Overview)

Following Ms. █████ █████'s movement, over the next two decades, both the human and magical worlds shifted into what would later be called:

The Mixed-Species Era

Characteristics of this era:

Crossing species boundaries no longer required strict regulation.

Medical and scientific fields had to revise nearly all textbooks.

Ancient species long hidden reemerged after centuries.

Magical energy stability shifted into new, unconventional patterns (FBM notes: "unstable but creative").

Journalist note: "Basically, your classmates could be human, magical otters, or shapeshifting constructs. Honestly... it's kind of fun."

[LOG – 04] EMERGENCE OF NEW ENTITIES – ANOMALIES

Timestamp: From 1998 onward

The turbulence of magical energy, cross-species mingling, and social openness gave rise to unprecedented individuals: those with powers exceeding all conventional norms.

FBM therefore created a new classification:

ANOMALY

"Individuals possessing powers, abnormalities, or energy structures that do not conform to traditional magical laws but exist nonetheless."

Common traits of early Anomalies:

Magical energy uncorrelated with bloodline

Can unintentionally cause area-wide effects

Some result from genetic fluctuations

Some are not derived from magic but █████ (information redacted per FBM-Redact Protocol)

Journalist note: "To put it bluntly, kids born in this era randomly gain game-like skills without needing prior permission. That's it, love you, mwah mwah."

[LOG – 05] CURRENT STATUS

The Mixed-Species Era laid the foundation for all new institutions, disciplines, and legal systems in the modern world.

Ms. █████ █████ is permanently recognized as a pioneer of this era.

FBM records clearly:

"Without the Purple Witch, the world might still be segregated by species, and those with differences could still be hunted to the end of time."

Journalist final note: "She wasn't perfect, but the world is undeniably different because of her—and that's enough."
