cap : yes it's after my punishment end for two week I was on bedrest and also I have a fever a really bad one ,I don't want to remember that. mangement dept. work is to make Schedule for medilman like which mission they will go on what their role will be in mission and blah blah thing etc.
ed : so simple words they don't have break, no holiday, no fix schedual, and kinda hopeless
