"That's not pretty," Phoenix said immediately.
"Shut up," Jamie shot back without even looking at him. "It looks great. It's just not for you."
"I say you go with the flower top," Soren added thoughtfully. "It looked prettier on you."
I stared at my reflection in the mirror again.
The shirt I was wearing was shaped like a firefly.
At least that's what the shop assistant had told me.
When I first picked it up from the rack, I had honestly thought it was a butterfly. The wings looked soft and delicate, the layered fabric spreading outward from the chest in two curved shapes.
But apparently it was meant to resemble a glowing firefly.
The fabric shimmered faintly when I moved, like it was meant to mimic tiny lights.
It was actually very pretty.
Just… very strange.
I tilted slightly in front of the mirror, trying to see the back.
