As the race started, Usopp and Nami would get an immediate lead.
Blasting off in first place at a speed much higher than even the fishman could keep up with.
"Capote... jump in the water, we need to catch them," Porche would say.
She didn't want to lose so badly.
"Hahaha, bite our dust!" Usopp would laugh, acting as if he wasn't barely holding on to the boat due to how fast he was going.
Foxy, of course, couldn't let this shit slide, so he was planning to ride Hamburg and slow down those Strawhats.
As he was about to run to stop them, a kunai would barely miss him and hit the floor in front of him, which caused Hamburg to stop.
Foxy would turn toward where it came from, and Kairo was looking at him.
"Oh, would you look at that, it seems like one of the Strawhats attacked our captain! How will Captain Foxy react to this!"
The way they phrased it, to make the man seem innocent, was crazy work.
"The hell that for!" Foxy seemed on the defensive.
"You were planning to sabotage Nami and Usopp, weren't you?"
"That's blasphemy, I would never do such a thing!"
"I trust you about as much as someone can genuinely say you're good-looking..."
"Oh yeah, he is ugly," Luffy would add, as if unaware of the man's internal struggle.
Foxy would fall to a knee.
"Why do you guys have to be so mean?"
"You hurt boss's feelings!" Wow, they were glazing the fuck out of this man.
Kairo looked bored... while everyone's attention was on Foxy.
Nami would smile, waving her Climatact around.
"Overcharge!" As those words left her mouth... what seemed to be a powerful gust of wind could be seen, blowing her and Usopp at a speed that was nearing the speed of sound.
Yes... shit was that fast.
"AHHHHHHHHH! Slow down!" Usopp fell outside the boat, he felt himself about to hit the ocean.
"I am too young to die!" Wow. Though before he fell, a cloud seemed to catch him, pulling him back to the boat.
Seatbelts seemed to appear around his waist as Nami could be seen having the time of her life.
This was fun for her.
She wondered what else she could do.
Using her Climatact... yes, she knew it was her Devil Fruit giving her this power, but Kairo did say on the very unlikely chance they lose, she had to make it seem like this Climatact was the reason behind her power.
By the time the Foxy Pirates realized something was off—before Foxy himself could do shit about it—Nami and Usopp were standing at the finish line, but hadn't crossed yet.
"The finish line's right there, let's cross it," Usopp would say, trying not to puke. Yet, Nami didn't seem to worry about it.
Her hand around her Climatact.
"I want to see how much I can do with this."
Usopp swore he saw some sadistic look on Nami's face, as if she was some sort of scary monster.
He didn't get enough time to think, as he went to the boat's side and puked into the ocean... fuck, he was moving way too fucking fast for his liking.
Nami would clench her Climatact before swinging it around...
Back with Porche and Capote... as they were rushing to catch up to the Strawhats... clouds would block the sun.
It began to snow.
They paused...
"Is it winter already?! Why is it snowing?" Capote would question, the temperature of the water getting very cold, forcing him to jump back into the boat.
Holy shit, was that bitch cold.
Nami waved the Climatact around, releasing some shit into the cloud.
As they turned their heads around, it was misty—they couldn't even see 4 feet in front of them. It was like having -12 vision. Yes, it was that bad.
From the outside looking in, it looked like a fucking tornado had been spawned. The screams of Porche and Capote could be heard as they were flung around in those tornadoes—fucking ice blizzard, you don't understand how painful it was to be tossed around by a tornado all while thousands of ice shards were flung at you, all while your boat was destroyed.
Some screams for their mommy could be heard.
"Oh my Lord, our poor champions are getting absolutely destroyed by the weather! It seems like the Strawhats possess an amazing weapon!" the commentator would say.
"The chance of winning for the Foxy Pirates has just plummeted down to zero! Can they truly win against such odds?"
Nami would smile meanwhile. Oh, this was fun. Using her power, she flung them all the way back to the beginning where the barrels were, and now they had no boat, so they were fucked beyond belief.
Nami would smile as they passed the finish line.
"The round is over! It seems like, ladies and gentlemen, the Strawhat Pirates managed to snag a win away from our undisputed champion! Oh, this is thrilling!"
Foxy, who had just finished getting up from having his feelings hurt, would look up... heh. The fuck, did his team lose so easily?

He was only down for like 30 seconds, give or take.
