Lolly found Geo sitting outside, staring at the snow-covered mountains.
His voice was low.
"Why him… and not me?"
Lolly sat beside him.
"I never said that."
"But you feel it," Geo whispered.
She nodded slowly.
"I care about Eko… differently. But I still care about you."
Geo's eyes softened.
"I don't want to hate him."
"I know," she said gently. "And he doesn't want to lose you."
Geo sighed heavily.
"Then… help me not lose myself."
She leaned on his shoulder.
And for a moment — just a moment — Eko saw them through the cave entrance.
His heart cracked silently.
