One of the maids approached him. "Master, it is time for breakfast."
Dex looked up and replied with a relaxed smile. "Okay, just wait for a bit. You may go." The maid bowed politely and walked away.
Dex walked to the dining table. His father sat in the center and his mother on the right. Dex took the left seat and greeted them cheerfully. "Good morning, Father. Good morning, Mother."
"Good morning, son," his father replied.
"Good morning, dear," his mother said warmly.
Dex noticed the steak on his plate and began eating with elegance, every movement precise and refined. Using his original memories, he savored the meal. While chewing, he asked casually, "Father, when do I go to Heart Academy?"
His father paused for a moment, thinking, then said, "Tomorrow."
Dex's face lit up with a bright, cheerful smile. "Okay."
After breakfast, he returned to his room. Standing in front of the mirror, he examined his reflection. Black hair, black eyes, and a smile that felt new and invigorating. He chuckled softly to himself. Man, I was never this handsome in my previous life.
He closed his eyes and activated his Infinity Vision. His eyes turned brilliant white, shining like the sun. Everything around him became clear and vivid. In that instant, he finally understood the extent of his power. Satisfied, he deactivated it and felt a wave of gratitude for his second chance at life.
His current goal was clear. He wanted to become immortal. But even as he considered it, he wondered what he would do once he achieved it. There had to be more to experience, more to understand, and a purpose to discover.
Recalling his original memories, Dex realized just how talented he truly was. He moved with the precision of a swordsman, his techniques flawless. But he had reached his limits until now.
The power given to him by the mysterious owner of that game was extraordinary. Skills that normally drained energy no longer affected him. His magic was infinite. He could use it endlessly. He was invincible. He was on par with the greatest protagonists, yet he understood that this was only the beginning of his journey.
He shook his head with a small, amused smile. Well, I should sleep first. When I wake up, I will play with them for a little while.
He smiled widely, excited for the adventures and experiences that awaited him.
