Part-1
Pathetic! Pathetic I wanna die! I cried like almost twice in a single day. Even I have my pride, how can I let my emotions take the best of me. Currently we are on our way back to our home. Lucy inspected me again to check if there's any injury left. Luckily, for both of us there weren't any. She bandaged me and Kuro.
"Oii! You can stop rubbing me now. I understand you like me but this is too much."
"Wuwww...."
Lucy chuckles covering her mouth and Kuro passionately embraces me.
"Hey! There's nothing to laugh here."
The day ended with little roller coaster of emotions. With the reality checks as a tip. Everybody is tired and wants to lay their backs on the bed and sleep peacefully or that's what we thought.
"Rayan! Kuro! Wait!" she suddenly stops us in front of the house.
She sensed something unusual .
"You two! Go as far as you can from this place. Now!"
Unaware of the situation I carelessly replied -
"Wait.. I am really tired. If you want to show something, then do it tomorrow."
With a dead serious look she says again-
"Just do as I say!"
"Ghwarrr.... Grr..." a very disturbing and disgusted noise comes from the trees around us. It's the time of dusk and trees are loosing their glow slowly. You can say that it is almost dark.
It made us unable to detect them beforehand. They were hiding behind the shadows of big trees. Waiting for us to come, so they can sneak upon us at the right time.
The weird noise was made none other than the Daikins. And not only one but many. Several in number. The entire back of our house is swarming with this creatures.
Exhausting an endless aura of malice.
For a second, I froze up there in shock until Lucille called me back.
"Hey! Don't freeze! Act! And get out of here."
Even though the confidence and courage are visible in her words; but this time it is different. We are outnumbered. They are around 20-30 in number. I can't leave her in this kinda situation.
The group of Daikins is slowly making their move. They are quietly crawling upon us from all the sides. Lucille says in desperation again-
"Please! Just leave and trust me! I can handle them on my own."
Her eyes were telling me to believe in her. Also Kuro isn't in his best condition and can't transform right now. The only way out is this method. So we decide to escape and run off into the woods.
"Come on! Kuro! Let's get going before they follow us."
"Wuff..!"
We leave the place as she told us to do. Now, she is on her own..
Part-2
As she stands alone in the herd of Daikins, she is no less than a prey waiting to be hunted.
But as she stands courageously, she's pretty confident in her skills. She looks fearless.
She tries to reach her hand to the sword, only to realise it isn't there. When Mc told her about Kuro, she only grabbed useful materials to cure Kuro and left her weapon, her chain sword at home.
*Tsk
"How careless of me to leave my weapon behind!"
A warrior's greatest ally is his weapon, if he/she loses it, it makes your strength to drastically decrease, where you struggle to defend yourself.
But being aware of that, she didn't waver nor flinched from her position.
One of the Daikin makes its move. He gets close to Lucille and throws a heavy punch at her in a hope to crush her.
*Slam
She jumps backward, successesfully evading his punch and the punch lands on the ground.
Another one shows up from behind and throws another punch.
*Smash
This time, she triggers a combo of double backflip on his huge arm to his shoulders. With the support of her hands on the shoulder, she throws a diagonal double feet kick to his mouth with her elegant and flexible body.
*Thwack
Bowling his teeth out of his mouth, she safely lands on the ground.
Taking the opportunity of her momentum in the air, two Daikins sneak upon her from behind. Leaving the impression that they caught her off guard and attack her with their palms to trample her.
Sticking side by side they slam Lucille into the ground.
*Slam
Or so they thought...
As they move their hands to see crushed Lucille; they get surprising look on their faces.
Lucille, who they thought slammed had been squished into the ground has disappeared.
"Eyes up! You fools!"
In the split seconds, she's in the air. Before they catch the situation, she takes another leap from the hand of the right Daikin.
*Leap
And while rotating above the head of the left Daikin in the mid air, she lands a vertical downward kick to his head.
*Crack
And breaks his neck.
Meanwhile the right Daikin, who was watching this whole scene, immediately launches a counterattack.
He swings his right hand backward in the direction of Lucille. She notices it and cleverly jumps from the head of the left Daikim on a perfect time. Resulting it into the collision of his hand to the head of left Daikin.
*Thack
Using his momentum and her gravity ; she grabs his hand and squeezes it
*Squeeze
"Grrr!!"
Holding him tightly, she gives him a washerman's throw.
"Arghhhh!!!!!" and bursts his head into the ground. Cracking his skull wide open.
She serves him as an example for trying to attack her. Most of the Daikins get intimidated with her warnings.
"Fools!" The wrestling experience she had on earth has given its fruition.
But as stubborn as they can be, they close in on Lucille at once. She falls back to the barn.
The shovel used to remove snow catches her attention.
Meanwhile, Daikins rush altogether to trample upon Lucille. Giving her no place to escape nor an opening to attack, they surround her. Behind is the barn and front is flooded with Daikins.
The Daikins were emitting a dangerous aura. Without any room to move they attack her with their deadly claws.

*Salsh *Salsh
Venting their anger on her.
"Roar!!"
But little did they know that they were the real prey from the beginning.
*Slash*Slash
Lucille slashes out everyone around her with the shovel as a substitute to her sword. Blood splatters everywhere. Head, legs, arms and pieces of body part were slash out as if it was a setup to a Halloween party.
Unfortunately, after cutting down the Daikins around her, the shovel gets destroyed to pieces too. Lucille gets a little shock after seeing this.
Taking this opportunity, when she is distracted, a Daikin punches her very hardly!
*Thwack
Throwing her at the house. Breaking the pillar of the house, she slams into the window.
*Thwack
"Ahh..." She moans in pain.
She flicks of the dust from her head and says-
"Urghh.. Only if my sword was present here.."
She tries to get up from the mess. But before she knew she was held by the Daikins. They were holding both of her hands side by side and immobilised her.
They are stretching her arms in opposite direction.
"Argh!!!" She exclaims.
She struggles to break free from their grasp.
She thinks-
"They are much intelligent than I thought. Urghh!! I need to get out of their clutches somehow."
Lucille is trapped in a very difficult situation right now. She's in the middle of all the Daikins present there. A wrong move and she will be eaten alive. Their eyes were clearly instigating that how much they want to kill her and eat her.
Lucille still struggles to loosen their grip. If only she had her sword were the thoughts of her right now.
Now she is going to be teared apart and killed. Only if.. Only if there is any other way.
Only if a hero...
Part-3
--Rayan pov--
Only if a hero would show up at this moment.
But I am no hero..
"Right!! Huff! This place is good."
I take a long breath and shout so loudly -
"Ahemmm... Oiiii!! You lowly scums! Leave my heroine alone at once."
I can't be a hero who saves his heroine.
"But!! I can be a villain who abducts the heroine! And I would not allow anyone to take up that role of me. So get out of here at once or you will all be devoured by me.. Ahaha.. Haa" in a nervous laugh I say.
All of them are confused and look at me. Like I am an idiot!
I try to threaten them from the border of our compound, in front of the house.
"Hey! Ya idiot! What the hell are you thinking? Why didn't you left!? I said to leave me alone! Then why did you come back?"
Lucille yells at me fiercely!
This isn't how I imagined she would react...
I thought she would go like-
'Yes please! Abduct your heroine from these lowly lives.' something like that.
"Hey! You fool! Just get out of here right now!"
Woah.. She's really mad..
She isn't in a state to order me around though!
"Now! Now! You don't need to worry about me. This villain brought some gifts for these creatures. Ha!"
I try to intimidate the Daikins but they wouldn't even flinch from their place and glare back at me with more madness..
"Gwarararr"
"!?"
*Gulp
Keeping a strange box in front of me with a hand torch in the hand, I say to them-
"These are my gifts!"
I remove the cloth covering it.
The box was fully loaded with firebombs!
Hehe...
(Firebombs which are made with a glass bottle, liquid in it which is flammable and a cloth or rag tucked in it.)
Part-4
(15 minutes earlier)
When Lucille was getting attacked, I was running to the plan, which I saved if I was to confront another Daikin in the future.
Currently, we are escaping as Lucille told us.
"Kuro! I have a task for you."
"Wuff!"
I noticed earlier that she wasn't carrying her chain sword with her. And as far as I can remember, it was the same sword with which she cut Daikin's head.
Even if she is Lucille, she might need her sword.
"Kuro! I need you to sneak around the Daikins and get past to the house and get Lucille's sword!"
"Wuff!!"
...
Did he understand what I said? Do dogs of these land understand human language?
Arggg!!
I try to make him understand once again through sign language -
"Lucille's.... Sword! Sword! Get it.... Give... Her! From the house!"
I make weird signs using my whole body.
"Urgh.. Do you get it?"
"Wuff! Wuff!"
I think he gets it..
"Now..Go!"
Ok, Now... My job remains.
Ahh... Where is that big tree? It was here when I kept that thing there.
Come on.. A tree with a big hole!
"Ahh!" There it is!
I kept this box filled with firebombs in this hole of this tree. So whenever I was to encounter a Daikin, I would come here and attack them with these.
Hmph! I smirk! Fire! It's the only weakness of those huge unfair creatures..
Have to make full use of this weakness. I laugh awkwardly!
Thanks to Lucille's grandpa, his stack of rum are finally going to be used by me. I can't wait to taste them.
Let's go back and strike a counterattack.
(Present time)
And that's how it was.
It's time for the final showdown!
"Here! Have a little taste of your weakness!"
I grab a firebomb in my hand, I lit the rag with the hand torch in other hand.
I take a step back and get in stance and throws the bottle in an angle in the air.
"Argh! Here it goes!"
Please work out!
It spins around in the air and lands on the back of a Daikin.
The bottle breaks
*Smash*Crack
The bottle breaks allowing the rum to spread all over his body and it catches fire!
The Daikin is on fire!
"Grwwwrr..."
"Yess! It succeeded!"
Lucille is surprised but the ones who were more surprised and afraid were the Daikins.
"Grrrrrrghh" they roar altogether!
It's working.
I will buy time for Kuro to fetch her sword.
"Haha! Here take another one!"
*Smash*Crack
"Haha! Another!"
*Smash *Crack
I continue to attack with the limited but useful firebombs.
Not gonna lie, I am enjoying myself here.
The firebombs are landing accurately on them and not on the ground..
The Daikins, afraid and terrified goes berserk and runs here and there.
Making a huge chaos.
The Daikins who were holding lucille gets scared and releases her. They run to save their asses.
Lucille is still shocked with my actions.
I can't blame her though.
One of the Daikin catches fire and gets afraid, his balance gets compromised and he crashes into the barn.
*Crash
Destroying it completely!
"Haha! You can't get away from me."
I think this much time is enough. I can't hold them off for too long. They are figuring out how to put out this fire. They are rubbing and covering themselves with snow or fiercely rubbing against each other.
Kuro..you better hurry.
"Wuff! Wuff!"
Suddenly, Kuro appears before me with Lucille's sword in his mouth.
"You? What?!.. Why did you bring it to me? I said to give it to Lucille!"
With a question mark on his face he naively stares at me.
At the same time, Lucille notices him across the chaos of fire in between.
It was like a battlefield! Like a real battlefield!
"Kuro? Is that my sword?"
She realises that her sword was in Kuro's mouth.
She shouts-
"Kuro!! Here! I am here!!"
Kuro gets the hint and rans off to Lucille.
Daikins were getting up one by one. Some were half burnt and were unconscious on the ground.
I only have few left!
I better use it to clear the Daikins in Kuro ways.
As I am about to throw another firebomb, a Daikin sneaks upon me from behind the woods.
But I noticed him earlier, hiding in the woods.
He attacks me!
"Grrrrgh!" with his hand.
I quickly take out my dagger and thrust it in his palm.
"!!" I think I got him.
But I was dumb to think that..
He lifts me up with the thrusted dagger and swings me down at the ground.
With 2-3 flipover
*Slam
I find myself knocked out against a tree.
My dagger remains stuck in his palm. He takes it out and throws it on his right side.
"Urgh... " I just got treatment and here it is another painful blow.
I am in a tight spot. Right now! I think I am gonna lose my consciousness.
Ahh..! I am loosing consciousness....
Everything is over now...
My eyesight is getting weaker..
Mmmhnn...
But why my heart is beating faster. Is it fear? Is it fear of death.?!
Yess...! I don't wanna die....
My body is heating up...
What is this feeling?
Huh!?
I instantly open my eyes wide. Blood starts flowing rapidly in my veins.
Every part of my body is tingling and screaming..
My adrenaline rush is crossing its limit!

"Grrr!"
I am no match for him right now. My enemy is strong and big. Lucille said to me this during the training.
'Daikins are big and strong, what can you achieve against something out of your league?
Speed and tricks that are your only abilities to overcome their strength!'
Speed? Right! I need to get the dagger first.
I sprint in the direction of the dagger and the Daikin as a reaction to my action, he runs toward me.
"And for the trick! Here goes the snow!"
I kick snow from the ground in Daikin's eyes.
It's unfair but if your opponent has special body, then there are no rules.
I pick my dagger up. The Daikin moves violently in desperation. He can't see, so he is making unpredictable movements.
If you come across a stronger opponent what would you do? The answer is simple, go for his weak points.
I dash and slide on the snow to go past his legs. I cut the foot ligaments.
*Slash
Giving him pain and instability.
He roars in pain.
"Graaaggggghh!"
I get stunned for a moment from his scream.
But I pull myself together and slash his knee ligaments.
*Slash
He falls on his knees.
*Thud
His neck is at my reach now.
Seeing this chance to put him down, I jump and stab his neck.
*Stab
He violently swings and moves his body, trying to get me off of him.
Arghh!!! A bit more to the side!
I forcefully slide the dagger around his neck
*Sprinkle
And the blood sprinkles out on my face.
Gradually, he becomes silent and less aggressive. I take out my dagger and the body falls on the ground.
*Thud
"Huff!! Huff!!.. "
It's my second kill of the day.
Urggh!!
"Arggwaaaa..." I suddenly vomit at his side.
*Gasp!
My body becomes weak....and muscles go numb.
Haa... I wipe my mouth and some blood on my face.
Suddenly I realise about Kuro!
Kuro! I need to make him a way!
A light shines from the direction of Lucille. A venom-ish purple light sparkles across me..
I see Lucille holding her sword.
I am glad.. He finally made it!
"Venom bites!" Lucille utters.
And in a flash all the Daikins around her are slashed and cut open.
One by one the body falls down.
*thud-thud-thud
In a rhythm.
The thudding sound continues to echo in my ears.
*Sigh a relief is seen on my face.
I lay on my back and look up to the sky and say to myself.
"I think the heroine is strong enough on her own. This villain is not even enough to threaten her.. Leave alone abducting her.."
And I fall asleep under the first ray of light with the crimson red blood still on my face.
