Chapter 113: A Terrible Fate Part 2
"Those roots covering your body are doing more than just sapping your magic. You won't be able to feel it, but right now, many thin roots are growing inside your body."
Voldemort flinched.
"Their purpose is not to harm you, but on the contrary…to keep you alive. The tree above us is sharing its nutrients with you, so you don't have to worry about dying of starvation or thirst any time soon. Your body has everything it needs. So you can live a long and healthy life while trapped in here," Harry explained calmly to the Dark Lord while stroking some of the nearby roots as if he were petting a beloved dog. "I asked the tree to take care of you and this one responded to my request."
"Y-You…monster." Voldemort's eyes were filled with dread now. However, he still had some hope. Even with all of these precautions, his body would eventually die.
"I know what you are thinking." Harry made a gesture with his hand. "But this is because you weren't paying attention to my words before. The ritual I made has tied your body and soul to this particular underground chamber. Once your body succumbs to the passage of time, your soul will continue to be trapped in here, unable to move on to the next realm of existence and unable to be placed in a new body. There will be no resurrection for you, Mister Voldemort. No next adventure, no...well, nothing. Except for this chamber, until the end of times finally arrive."
Now he could see the terror in his red eyes.
"Y-You…you can't do this to me," Voldemort muttered.
"It's already done." Harry shrugged. "And now that you understand your situation, it's time for me to leave. Morgan should have already finished killing your remaining followers. No one will be looking for you and in a few decades, people wont even remember you existed."
"Wait!" Voldemort shouted. "Let's make a deal. If you let me leave, I will…I will never bother you again. I will go somewhere else, far away from Britain. I swear th—"
"Come on, Mister Voldemort…have some dignity." Harry looked somewhat dejected. This was supposed to be the most dangerous dark wizard that Magical Britain had ever seen. He was supposed to be his nemesis. And now he was begging for mercy after experiencing being trapped for no more than five minutes.
Harry ignored his pleas and pointed at the magical light. "That one will go out in a couple of hours. Enjoy the light while it lasts. Because after that, it's going to be a very long time in the darkness…"
After saying his part, Harry disappeared from the cavern, leaving Voldemort alone with his own screams of despair.
This was where the story of the Dark Lord ends. He will never escape this prison and will never cause harm to any other living being.
His name will eventually be forgotten and his existence erased.

Harry reappeared near Malfoy Manor and quickly found Morgan standing over a pile of bodies.
There appeared to be around nine in total. However, Harry could still feel one more inside the house. It was the same presence he had felt on his way to meet Voldemort.
Unlike the Dark Lord and his other followers, Harry did not detect as much malice from that individual, so he decided to ignore it, not really knowing that he was sparing the life of Narcissa Malfoy, the current owner of the house.
"Are you done?" Morgan asked him as he approached.
"You could say so." Harry glanced over at the men on the ground. "Did they put up a good fight?"
Morgan made a gesture with her hand that seemed to convey a 'not really.'
"Where did you take him?" She was clearly more interested in knowing about Harry's fight with the Dark Lord.
"Remember that tree I planted next to the crystal lake?" Harry asked.
"Vaguely…that was a long time ago. You took him there?" Morgan asked.
"Right beneath it. I sealed him inside a small underground cavern. We don't need to concern ourselves about his soul containers anymore. He won't be coming back," Harry said.
Morgan's eyes narrowed. "You used the same sealing ritual again…didn't you?" It wasn't really a question, more like an accusation.
"Why not? I have perfected it." Harry knew where she was going. "I promised you not to study the book any further, but I never said I would not use what I had already learned."
There was a long, uncomfortable silence.
Morgan sighed. "You have always been too stubborn for your own good. Fine…do what you want."
"Don't be so cold. The problem of the Dark Lord has been solved," Harry pointed out. "Now we can focus on—"
There was a rustling sound coming from the manor.
"I thought I had heard someone else up there…" Morgan muttered. "I guess I wasn't imagining things." She closed her eyes and used her other senses.
"Morgan. Maybe we sho—" Before Harry could finish suggesting leaving this person alone, she had already jumped onto the second floor of the manor and crashed through the window.
The entire structure creaked and trembled.
"That's not good." Harry glanced at the two massive trees he had summoned during his encounter with Voldemort.
They were still in place, and by this point, Harry had the feeling that their branches were the only thing preventing Malfoy Manor from collapsing.
Not even ten seconds later, Morgan jumped back to the entrance of the property. And this time, she was carrying someone on her shoulders.
A middle-aged blonde woman who was shrieking and struggling to get out of her grasp. "Let me go!"
"I think I found the owner of the house," Morgan said.
"Lady Malfoy?" Harry had never seen this witch before. But she did not give him the same feeling as the other Death Eaters, which is why he had planned on leaving without confronting her.
"What do we do with her?" Morgan asked.
Harry was about to answer when they suddenly heard a loud cracking sound, the one produced when the air is quickly pushed away.
It was the side effect of apparition being used.
Harry and Morgan shifted their attention toward the sound, eager to see who else would be arriving.
