Blue was the type to smile at everyone around her. New people or old friends as long as you don't cross the line. She the type that waits to find out the truth before jumping into conclusions without reasoning.
When you meet Blue for the first time, Blue has a pretty baby face,slim body and small eyes that makes the people around treat her like a baby.
In her old school she was nicknamed the class Baby for that. The senior girls would always look out for her being the youngest around them.
He put his hand out in front of her " Hey , my name's James. Nice to meet you "
Blue looked at him for 5 seconds before taking her hands off his.
"Mhmm I'm Blue. Still new to the class" all she could think of is going back to her nap.
"You know everyone wondering why you're so quiet. Don't you like talking to people "
Blue almost said yes but what would the class think of her. " It's nothing just getting used to the environment first " she half lied and said the truth at the same time.
Just then the bell rang indicating the next lessons about to start. No other option James left for his seat.
The lessons went by one after another on for the bell to indicate lunch break time.
Blue had to socialise as it was going to be apart of her new school year. The way home was the only time Lola was willing to interact with Blue as that's the only time they get to meet after school.
Going home was either using the bus or walking home when they have enough time to spare.
The first thing Blue does after arriving home is lying on her bed if their parents aren't around . And Lola wasn't all that different too.
"Go check out what's for dinner " Blue said looking up from her phone.
"Do . l .look. like. Your servant? " putting her tablet down and saying each word per time. Lola eyed Blue giving her side eyes.
Blue was at loss of words knowing her sisters attitude better than anyone. It still seems to catch her off guard. They were opposites of each other. Blue was calm and introverted while she was loud, stubborn, a gossiper and likes picking fights whenever she could.
The next morning was better after adjusting in a day Blue found the flow as usual. No yelling from her sister or hurrying to get ready.
Classes went by as usual. Lessons, trying to socialise break times and getting home in time. A week went by same routine same flow but this time Blue didn't see the potential drama coming her way.
Blue reached school as usual went to her first class as the teacher went on and on about the lesson.
After lunch break, the first thing she saw was a letter folded neatly on her desk.
Thinking it wasn't her's, Blue ignored it till she spotted her name on it " for Blue "
Out of curiosity she opened it
" Meet in the class after the final bell"
Blue was thinking on bailing on who ever wrote the letter but thought otherwise.
Maybe it's important. Her naive side showing itself.
