When most of the students left school on their way home or to their friends house,
Blue went to find out the person behind the letter.
Coming face to face with a stranger wasn't something she expected.
"I know you are wondering why I wanted to meet you, but it's just that I saw you in class for the past week and I really like you" Blue was surprised . To think someone wrote a letter just to have her meet them is crazy.
"Does this guy think such a tricks gonna work" Blue thought not knowing how to reject him in a lesser rude or bad way that one can come up with.
"Go out with me if you don't mind" he looked at her with eyes of a boy expecting a Christmas present on a Christmas day.
"Excuse me ....."
"Fred . The names Fred " he told her with shiny eyes.
" Yes Fred. Sorry but I don't think I'm ready for anything at the moment . I don't think I have ever led you on since the term began and am focusing on my grades at the moment. Sorry once again " Blue was nervous not knowing how to reject someone she had to find away out.
Fred was quiet for a while and a thousand thoughts went through Blue's head. Waiting to know how he's taking the info.
" I know that you don't like me but don't use your grades as an excuse " he looked at Blue .
"It's not that for real l....."
"Thats enough I get it" he cut her off and sat on an empty desk not caring if it's dusty or not.
Blue fixed her backpack and then left the class without looking back. Lola was no where to be found and that meant she had to go home alone for the day.
She greeted her parents before heading to the room.
"I thought you got lost on the way home" Lola said after seeing Blue open the door.
"Haha I'm not you so don't start on it " Blue rolled her eyes at her sister.
'That girl always gets on my nerves non stop' the only word going through her mind . The day went by between finishing homework and helping making dinner.
Dinner went by small talks, answering when asked but Lola was chatting away about her day, friends and how hard classes are on her side.
As the days went by, whisper could be heard from the students when ever she passed by.
Being the clueless girl she is , Blue could only mind her business going on about her day. Asha and Elise her new best friends couldn't help it but come rushing to fill her in on all that's been happening for the past one week when she was home sick.
Knowing something interesting is going on in the school is one thing. But it all being about you ....that's another. It all started right after having the little talk with James.
"So your telling me he has a girlfriend. And a class below us" she said sounding amused cause who would think that just having a little introduction would turn out like that.
"Yes and she said you where trying to ...you know get his attention. Her words not ours"
That's the most craziest way to go about after a simple misunderstanding.
