Rowan gritted his teeth so hard that it was beginning to hurt as his driver drove through the gates of the Donovan estate. Seeing the familiar sight of the mansion seemed to be fueling the fire of frustration in him.
He breathed out noisily, his eyes darting around. He needed answers to be able to calm down.
The car barely came to a complete stop before Rowan was out, his feet hitting the gravel driveway sharply as if that would do anything to calm him down.
He walked through the front entrance without acknowledging any of the staff, heading straight for his father's study.
The first question he had prepared to ask his father was; Why was Lucian being held in his father's cell in the first place?
