It's ya boy. Here is a little peek towards the new direction of the story. The cinema arc wasn't coming to me as it should have been so it's in the back pocket for now. Some things from the cinema arc will change and some things will not. Enjoy the story. :)

Rukia sat calmly, staring ahead as Kawakami taught.
But she was anything but calm.
'They know about Hollows... That's not good,' she thought, remembering what she had heard on the roof.
She felt even guiltier after Ann and Orihime asked if she was okay and why she hadn't been around for lunch.
'They were truly worried,' she thought as she bit her lip.
'I don't want to report this. It will put them in more danger.'
But the answer wasn't that simple.
Their spiritual pressure was growing.
And if it kept growing, it would attract more Hollows soon.
'Ugh.'
She rested her head in her hands before distracting herself with class.
'Modern Japanese is so weird.'
She couldn't help but blush in embarrassment, remembering that Ann had said she sounded like an old lady or an oujo-sama.
They weren't wrong, but it still grated on her.

Shujin Courtyard.
Ren stood in the courtyard, lost in thought. He hadn't left the school yet, and he didn't really know what he wanted to do with the day.
Morgana had gone to do whatever it was he did when he was alone.
Morgana seemed a bit distracted today, and Ren was slightly worried, so he decided he would talk to him when he got back to Leblanc.
Home.
Ren couldn't help but smile as he looked toward the sky.
He didn't notice the brunette girl with short hair staring at him from a distance.
Which was shocking, because the way she was standing was even more suspicious than Urahara had been the first time he met him.
"Hello, President," a student said with a bow as they passed the girl.
She nodded in response and glanced at the grinning Ren.
'Is he really a criminal?' she thought with a frown.

Ren had decided to hang out with a friend.
He grinned harder when he realized he had a lot of choices. He had made many new friends.
He thought for a moment and decided that today was a good day to go to the Palace.
He wasn't sure if Yusuke was ready, nor if anyone was busy, so it wasn't set in stone.
Opening his phone, he sent out a message to the group and checked his other messages.
Nothing crucial.
Memes, funny social media posts, and smack talk with the guys in their private chat.
Guys needed space too!
BZZT.
Ren adjusted his glasses and gave a creepy, face-splitting smile.
They were in.
