"Is there any reason for me to lie to you? Don't think that just because you're pulling strings behind the scenes, I'll never be able to land a role or break into showbiz."
Clara Grant paused, then added, "From now on, we'll just have to wait and see who comes out on top."
Hearing such a firm and confident tone, Chloe Grant's heart lurched. 'So Clara Grant really did land a role? She's going to enter the entertainment industry just like that?'
