When Archie Lockwood and the others returned to the hotel, they found the hotel staff gathered together, seemingly discussing something.
One of the receptionists saw Archie Lockwood's group, and her expression changed abruptly. She rushed over to him. "Mr. Lockwood!"
Archie Lockwood's face was cold and grim. He subtly took two steps back.
"Miss, please, calm down and speak clearly." Howard Rhodes knew his boss's temper, so he quickly stepped in to stop the receptionist before Archie could lose it.
"Oh my gosh, Mr. Lockwood, I have to ask, what is Miss Bishop's relationship to you?" the receptionist asked anxiously, clutching Howard Rhodes's arm with both hands.
The moment he heard the name "Miss Bishop," Archie Lockwood's face darkened. "What happened to her?" he demanded.
"It's like this, Mr. Lockwood. About half an hour ago, Miss Bishop was in a car accident..."
