"Where to? I don't exactly have a passport." Fuuko asked Andy as Lily followed close behind.
"Who said we're using public transport?" Lily countered, "That's too dangerous."
"We're usin' my route!" Andy pointed to himself with his thumb.
"First we're headin to Niigata, then we hop on my yacht and book it to Vladivostok, where we'll hire my old war buddies for support."
"Finally we will wait for our seat and off em'!" He sliced his thumb against his throat.
"Good ol' land of Russia!" He looked to Lily and Fuuko, "How old are you guys?"
""18"" Both answered.
"Good, you're both legal over there, bottoms up afterwards!" He laughed and started walking away and the others quickly caught up to pace.

"Ya know, we don't actually know what you do." Andy looked to Lily, "What's your deal?"
Fuuko nodded in agreement.
"You want my ability, my story, or~?" She leaned in, "wa-ta-shi~?"
"All of the above!" Andy shouted and both Fuuko and Lily blushed at his boldness.
"Meanie!" Lily shouted, "But fine I'll tell you."
"Start with ability, it's more important right now." He sped up the car.
"You know how you negators negate one specific rule?" She asked and Fuuko nodded.
"Well mine's that I negate the rules, not the rules themselves." Andy glanced back.
"Quite ambiguous, what it do though." He asked.
"I can remove concepts, like how I wasn't present in the beginning of the fight," She started explaining, "That's because I negated time and accidentally removed myself from the present."
This earned a head tilt from Fuuko.
"I don't get it."
"I can be anywhen." She smiled at her own joke.
"HAHA, I get it!" Andy laughed as Fuuko was still confused.
"What else can ya do?"
"I can make it so my attacks always hit by removing space."
"Dang, you some strong girl!" He complimented, "Maybe we won't need to stop to get allies!"
Lily shrugged "It saves time."

The car dragged to a stop by their ride.
"Here she is!" Andy stood proudly in front of a boat, "Look at this beauty!"
Lily gave a thumbs up.
"Let's get on and hurry to that lake!" He jumped up and Lily undid the ropes hodling the boat to the dock.
"What're you standing around for, get on!" He shout ed to Fuuko as she stood on the dock.
"O-Ok." She got on with Lily's assistance.
As they got on the boat, Fuuko realized something.
"Hey, didn't we skip over your tragedy?" She asked Lily.
"Right! I forgot because we were talking about my ability!" She smacked her forehead.
"I don't have a tragedy really." She shrugged.
"For real?" Andy popped in.
"Yeah, I died once, then woke up in this messed up world."
"That sounds like a tragedy to me." Fuuko couldn't help but say.
Lily slouched on the bench as Andy started the engine.
"Yeah, well I don't see it as one." She looked to Fuuko, "I didn't need a tragedy for my ability."
"..." Fuuko had a sad expression.
"What, she says it aint a tragedy, so it ain't." Andy said as he readied himself, "Hold on tight, we're gonna go fast!"
"Wha-" Fuuko was cut off as the boat jerked forward and sped off at high speeds.
She slipped and fell to the floor.
"Also, we got to be care of enemies!" Andy yelled over the engine.
"!!!" Fuuko quickly shuffled under the bench, "I forgot about that!"
"Yeah, yeah, big whoop." Andy got out of the seat, "Come out and enjoy the ride!"
"NOOO! I'M SCARED!" She protested as she grabbed Lily's ankles, "We could be attacked at any moment!"
Lily rolled her eyes, but quickly spotted something.
"It seems that 'any moment' is right now!" She yelled as fighter jets came flying.
*pat pat pat pat...*
Bullets rained over them as Andy grabbed the wheel.
"Couldn't even get a drink in yet!" He complained as he grabbed a grenade.
"Since we were talkin' about abilities before, how 'bout I tell you a little of mine!" He put his wrist to the katana on his back.
*pfft*
Blood spurted as he aimed his hand.
"It's about how you use your ability that counts, mine just makes me unable to die right!?" He pulled the pin. "But if I cut off a part a little and grow another in it's place-"
*FFFT*
The fist holding the primed grenade launched at high speeds towards a jet.
"It becomes a weapon!"
*BOOM*
"Wow! You did it!" Fuuko looked over the rail at the explosion, "That means we're in the Union now!?"
"Nope!" Lily poured water on the flames of Fuuko's hope.
"Didn't you hear what they said?" Andy took the wheel, "We've gotta kill a guy with the emblem."
"What!?" Fuuko was surprised but Andy explained.
"Those two goons from yesterday had a gold marks on em'."
"I'm guessing that's the one the 10 members wear."
"And I've got a clue as to who's got em'." He held up three fingers, "Three people at the top of my head to be exact!"
"First is the maker of this indestructible weapon I swiped, they call em' Unbreakable." He dropped one finger.
"Second is the guy in charge of those tortuous experiments on me 50 years ago." He dropped the next finger.
"He was an engineer like fellow."
"And the third is the one who nabbed me 50 years ago, a lady who can make invisible barriers."
"Invisible barriers?" Fuuko asked.
"Yeah, she trapped my head, I was in a tight spot, literally." He alughed a little, "I'm UN-dead, not UN-beatable."
"I'd be in a bad match up if we're against her." Andy said this and Fuuko started thinking before getting cut off by his shout-
"But I don't give a crap about that!"
"No matter what, we're going to that lake and killing that mark!" He looked to the two, "Besides your abilities might come in clutch."
"But you can't rely on my unluck!" Fuuko protested.
"That makes it even better!" He laughed, "Guess I'll have to get a feel for your rules before shit hits the fan!"
"You just want an excuse to touch me!" Fuuko yelled back.
"Damn right!" He didn't deny it.
"I'm telling you that your likeability won't change!" She was flustered now.
"I'm sure it will, you're a pushover after all." Lily laughed.
"You're supposed to be on my side!" She complained.
*FEEEWW-BOOM*
The boat suddenly exploded as an object fell from the sky, sending Andy and Lily away with the blast.
"PU-Whah! Lily gasped for air as she reached the surface and quickly paddled to the (half) boat.
"You see Fuuko!?" Andy yelled over from the debris.
"She sank with the ship, I am a terrible swimmer, you'll have to save her." Lily yelled back.
"Gotcha!" He flashed a smile and cut off his hands, "I'll be back with the sleeping beauty!"
With that, he rocket down under, propelled by blood.
