After Conrad gave some information on how to create a new ability and what it is about, he left the side of Leorio.
"I guess... Yorknew City is not that bad; I do feel like I am living inside of a big city." Conrad thought as he sat down in a coffee shop on a street with some people.
As he drank his coffee and ate his pie, his mind started working on the matter of his next ability that he had already thought of.
"First of all."
"I should think of my existing abilities."
"Black Ring – State Of Calm"
"Trinity Orbs."
"Hand Of The Future"
"Blink – The Vanishing One."
"Sleeping Beast – Simulation."
"Cane and Blade, Marked for Death"
"Seekers Of The Unknown (Team-Ability)
"Obelisks (Area Observation – Healing)
"Resistance Of Darwin."
Conrad thought of all the abilities he had created and smiled.
"I have created ten abilities in total..."
"It feels like not many because most of them do not have that many direct Nen abilities."
Conrad then looked at the waiter and asked as he was passing his table.
"Can I get one more cup of coffee and cheesecake? Also, a pen and paper would be great," he said, giving some banknotes to the waiter.
The waiter smiled and nodded.
"Thank you."
Conrad waited for his order to arrive.
He then took a sip from his coffee and took the pen and started writing on the paper.
"Ability 11"
Conrad closed his eyes for a moment and nodded.
"The ability needed to work like a sickness, some sort of a virus, should be able to transfer between non-users after some conditions are met."
Conrad then stopped for a moment and watched a kid and his mother joking to each other as they walked; he watched their smiles and observed the little kindness in the human world.
"If I am here, I am going to profit from this ability; I should make it a good kind of ability..."
He then wrote on the paper.
"The ability should not harm or should not be harmful to the targets; it will involve no specific manipulation from the user."
As he wrote it down, he felt great, which meant that this new ability was pretty great.
"Okay."
"Activation Conditions."
"First, I should do a favor, showing kindness to a target, and then the target should feel 'gratitude' towards me from the action I took."
"After the first condition is met, secondly, I should learn the name of the target..."
"Great..." Conrad thought.
"After the first and second conditions are met, a nen seed is created within the target; the seed also has a 'nen storage' beside it."
"Each day, the target pays 0.2% of their life energy, aura, to the Nen Storage through to Nen Seed."
"After a week is over, the nen storage sends half of the collected nen to the 'Conrad' to me."
"When I collect it, the target feels gratitude, kindness, and good feelings towards the others, as well as increased physical capability, minuscule but still great; for these feelings and increased physical capability, the other half of the stored nen is used."
Conrad took a deep breath and nodded.
"Okay, now I need to think about the matters of transferring."
He then added.
"When the target does a good favor towards someone else, and that person feels 'gratitude' due to the action of the already 'seeded target,' a new seed is created inside of them, and all the first conditions are applied again."
"The seeded targets, when seeding another target, do not need to know the name or use the 'second condition'; it only applies to Conrad."
"Hmmm…"
"I am the first one to take action, and then the same action I did can be taken by the others to make others join the link and so on..."
Conrad massaged his temples.
"It is good on paper, but such an ability can be transferred to others, giving me extra nen every week that I can use for many things and also increasing my total volume..."
"Everything that I want to do with this ability does involve a lot of things."
"It is not enough."
"I need to think more about limitations..."
Conrad then wrote in the next line.
"1 – It cannot be used against any nen user and can only be used against humans.
"2 – It cannot be used for evil matters, and targets cannot be controlled via "Seed" or "Nen Storage."
"3 – Each target can only transfer the seed to ten people.
"4 – It cannot be used as "Nen Opening," and targets will not be able to open their Nen abilities through this ability.
"5 – "Seeded People" cannot be directed or controlled by men or ordinary means to do good to the other; they must do it themselves.
Conrad stopped for a moment and then wrote some other names for the needy people and such.
"Seeded people" must be "flower people."
"I will be the "Tree of Life."
Conrad then added the name of the ability.
"Tree Of Life, From Good To Better."
Conrad took a deep breath.
"Okay."
"This should be enough."
Conrad then activated his Nen to create the ability, and then he felt something was wrong and stopped in an instant.
"This... I never felt something like this before. The Nen just stopped me from creating the ability; even my Infinity Nen System did not work and help me out."
"It means... It can only mean that conditions are not good enough for such an ability."
Conrad smirked.
"It seems like I still think too simply for such an ability."
"0.05% every week from 'One Flower' does not mean much, but what about thousands of them, tens of thousands, or millions?"
"Such a power would change a lot for me."
"I guess either I am going to need to limit the number of people that can be turned into Flower People, or I am going to need two or three creational conditions..."
Conrad then closed his eyes for a moment.
"I am not sure..."
"But, for such a good-desired ability that wants to help people do good to each other and reward them for it..."
"I guess I need to hunt down some bad people."
Conrad could not help but think that there are bad people in this city that will show themselves in not much time.
"I guess..."
"Hunting one or two Phantom Troupe members as a condition would do wonderful things for me."
