Conrad thought about this matter a lot while he was in Yorknew City. For the time being, there are many reasons one could want to kill any member of the Phantom Troupe from a moral point of view.
The only reason why Conrad did not want to touch them is that they will play a big part in the Succession Arc and upcoming Phantom Troupe Arc, while Kurapika wants to take them down.
Truth be told, Conrad wanted to see their battle with Hisoka in the Succession Arc and would like to see with his own eyes what is going to happen; after all, he was not able to see the full battle between the two sides and what they will be doing in the Black Whale ship.
He was an avid fan of the series too, and he wanted to know the truth; he wanted to know what was going to happen and what he missed because Togashi did not write what happened until his transmigration.
"When the time comes, I will join the battle between them..."
"I have already touched Leorio and most likely affected some part of the Phantom Troupe Arc."
"Now, if possible, I would like to see and experience what is going to happen and observe."
"If things go in a place that I would not like to see, I will stop them."
"If not, I will let the things happen and wait for them to do what I want."
While he thought about these matters, his mind came back to his own new Nen ability.
Now, he already planned most of it, but something within his mind told him that he needed more activation conditions even before he decided on a creational condition.
For this new ability, just doing something good and then asking for a favor from an ordinary human being seemed lackluster for an ability to be powerful in the first place.
The problem arises because of the fact that he added that the ability can be transferred to the others that he already targeted; that is the big problem.
"I will think about it..." Conrad said to himself, and then he noticed something, a voice.
"Okay... then, if you are not going to tell me where the Gem Of Redlord is, I am going to make you feel not that great!" It belonged to a woman, or more of a young woman, a girl that was wearing a relatively great-looking red dress.
Conrad looked at the source of the voice and saw a blond, pony-tailed young girl around the age of ten to eleven speaking to a relatively burly man.
"Biscuit... Krueger..."
"I have never expected her to be here in Yorknew City."
As Conrad looked at her for a moment or two, the head of Biscuit turned, and in a moment, she came to right beside Conrad.
"It is rude to stare at a young lady... young man!" she said.
Conrad smirked.
"I am sorry for my behavior. When I saw a person that was on the same line of work, I could not help but look at you... for a longer time."
Biscuit tilted her head. "Same line work as he says," she thought.
"Are you a collector too? Like me?" she asked two questions in a suggestion. Her face was neutral, and her hands were on her side. She did not make it easy to see, but Conrad could tell that she was ready to enter battle mode in an instant.
"Oh, I am a hunter..."
"So, I know you..."
Biscuit furrowed her brows and touched her chin.
"I did not expect to be known in this form this easily by a young hunter..." she said.
"So, do you know about my target?"
Conrad shook his head.
"I don't know, but I can help you if you do something for me."
Biscuit smiled.
"What is it... I may give you some good time, considering you are handsome."
Conrad did not get flustered or anything, as he knew that Biscuit had some techniques like this to play with the younger minds.
"Nothing like that..."
"I can feel that you are a really strong Nen user and powerful martial artist."
"If you give me a chance to fight with you to understand the difference between the two of us, of course, just to spar, I would like to help you out..."
Biscuit's eyes changed.
"You are one young guy that really knows many things."
She then looked around for a moment and then said it.
"Come with me; I know some place that we can be alone..." As she said it, she smirked.
If somebody were to hear these words and didn't know about the reality of Biscuit Krueger in the first place, they would think that Conrad wants to do something to a young and innocent girl.
In fifteen minutes, they came to a private villa and entered the courtyard.
"Now," Biscuit spoke.
"I am rejecting your training and spar; instead, I will perform a martial artist trying with you. Do you understand it? I am not accepting your proposal," she said.
Conrad nodded, and his eyes turned serious.
"She is tough."
"It is not that she did not want to spar with me or anything; she just wanted to make it known to me that she is rejecting my offer to spar with her in return if I am helping her."
"The reason for it is pretty simple for a nen master; she did not want to fulfill the conditions by accepting my proposal instead and said that she will do another thing that is still the same as sparing..."
"By this, she will still spare me, but because it is her own terms and she already rejected my proposal, if I had a new ability, it would no longer work and the condition would not be fulfilled."
Biscuit added.
"Okay, great to know that you have no problem with it," she smiled.
"You can attack anytime you want; I can see that you are a tough individual..."
"Your name should be Conrad... One star hunter at this young age what a great individual that I have encountered," she added again.
Conrad smiled.
"Oh, so I am also known in the hunter circles..." he whispered and got ready.
