Solomon scrambled to get to his feet and put some distance between himself and Yari.
The elf blinked at him with large, innocent eyes.
"You move rather quickly for such a large man."
"Yeah. That happens when I get kissed by people randomly..!"
"…So I was bad at it then."
"What?!"
"I thought you would have liked it if I were more aggressive, since you seem to prefer it with-"
"Don't finish that sentence. I don't want to talk about her with you."
Yari seemed to realize her mistake. "…Right. That was a bit rude of me. You have my apologies."
"You can spare me your apologies. Just tell me why you kissed me."
"Did you hate it?" Yari asked innocently.
"Don't answer my question with a question."
Yari huffed. "I thought it would make us closer."
Solomon had even more questions now than he did before. "Since when do you care about-"
"I answered your question. Now you must answer one of mine."
Yari stepped around the table and inched closer to Solomon.
