Chapter 297: Eating Grilled Meat and Subsequent Plans
After a short while, Eriri returned, but with a helpless expression on her face.
"They're both resting, so I didn't call them."
"Hmm~~ If that's the case, then let's play by ourselves. Do you want to go check out the backyard?"
Besides the hot spring, this house also had a small courtyard, and the environment was quite lovely.

Eriri happily agreed, then dug out Kaede's NS as well, and the two of them leaned together, playing games.
They played until four in the afternoon. When the others gradually came out of their rooms, the two stopped playing, put on their jackets, and walked out.

Eriri said with a smile, "It's my first time seeing Mizuki sleep, you're so cute!"

Usami rushed over in a panic, covering Eriri's mouth, and whispered, "Why didn't you make a sound when you came in?"
"Hehe, I originally wanted to call you guys to play cards, but I didn't realize you were still sleeping after I woke up. After taking a quick peek, I went back to my room and played NS with Kaede-kun."
Grabbing Usami's hand, Eriri asked, "Mizuki, where is Utaha?"
"Utaha-senpai is currently washing up in the bathroom. Her hair was a bit messy after her nap, so it will probably take a few more minutes, plus putting on makeup and all that."
Upon hearing this, Eriri belatedly touched her face and said, "Ah, I forgot to touch up my makeup too! Mizuki, wait for me!"
After saying that, she ran back to the room to fix her makeup.
Watching Eriri leave, Kaede turned to Usami, shrugged, and smiled, saying, "She rarely wears makeup for school lately, so she probably didn't realize she needed to when coming out to play."
"...I'm a little envious."
Although Usami's own skin was not bad, there was still a slight difference compared to Eriri's fair and tender complexion. Moreover, Japanese girls start learning to apply makeup from high school, or even middle school, and putting on at least light makeup before going out is routine.
But someone like Eriri, who looks flawless even without makeup, is truly rare. Usami was genuinely envious.

Just then, Utaha, having finished touching up her makeup, came out of the room and asked the two standing in the hallway, looking puzzled.
Kaede looked over and explained, "Eriri forgot to touch up her makeup, so she's fixing it in the room. Let's head to the living room first."
Utaha understood immediately. She had encountered this before; when she had previously invited Eriri out shopping, Eriri had forgotten to put on makeup and made her wait for nearly fifteen minutes.
Shaking her head, Utaha wore a calm expression and followed behind Kaede, bringing Usami along, into the living room.
In the living room, the club president and Uchimaki Subaru were also awake. The energetic president was currently drinking the juice prepared in the house and happily watching television.
Uchimaki Subaru was much the same. It seemed everyone had taken a nap, as flying wasn't a common experience and could be quite draining.
After waiting a few more minutes, Eriri finished applying a little light makeup. Since the time was about right, everyone headed out together, walking and making their way toward the barbecue restaurant Kaede had already reserved.
Barbecue restaurants in Tokyo usually serve beef, pork, and tongue, which are then further subdivided into various cuts like loin and belly.
Although places that serve grilled lamb exist, they are few, as Wagyu beef has a greater reputation and allows the restaurants to charge more.
Looking at the pedestrians on the street, Eriri held Kaede's arm and said, "It's Christmas Day today, and the streets are really lively, even though it's so cold here."
Utaha nodded, "That's right. It's a shame we didn't arrive yesterday; otherwise, we could have seen if Christmas Eve was just as lively here."
Looking at the scenery on both sides, Uchimaki Subaru asked, "Today is just our first day here. Do you have any concrete plans for the next few days? Asakura, you've kept it a secret until now, so you should tell us, right?"
Usami also chimed in, "Yeah, yeah! Where are we going to play for the rest of the days?"
Kaede and Eriri exchanged glances, then smiled and said, "Since you asked, let me tell you about tomorrow's plan first. We are currently in Sapporo, and there is a very nearby place where we can truly let loose and have fun: a Ski Resort. I imagine this is an activity most of you haven't experienced, right?"
"Oh! Skiing?"
Even Uchimaki Subaru, who usually had little interest in sports, felt a sense of anticipation upon hearing that. Although there are Ski Resorts near Tokyo, he had never been, and his family wasn't interested either.
Utaha looked at Kaede and said unexpectedly, "I thought you were just planning to take Eriri out, but you seem to have prepared very thoroughly."
