Chapter 19 -  Chapter 19: The Alchemax Heist

The system prompts flickered in Peter's mind for several seconds. When they finally stopped, he realized just how precious Aunt May's gift truly was.

Stored on that USB drive were the design blueprints for **twenty-four different Spider-Man suits**. It was the work of a lifetime—the collected wisdom of this world's Peter Parker. Holding it felt like holding a legacy.

But as the old saying goes: *With great power comes a new quest window.*

> **[Mission Name: Spiders Never Die, Their Will Lives On!]**

> **[Objective: Accept May's gift. Completely disrupt Kingpin's plans. Capture every supervillain involved in the death of this world's Spider-Man.]**

> **[Mission Rewards: 10,000 Points, 2 Skill Points]**

> **[Time Limit: 1 Week]**

Peter accepted without hesitation. He was already at war with Kingpin. To get Gwen and himself home, he had to destroy the particle collider. Kingpin would never let that happen. It was a fight to the finish.

Peter looked Aunt May in the eye and made a solemn promise. "Don't worry, May. I won't just stop Kingpin. I'm going to make sure the whole world knows the truth. Every single person involved—Green Goblin, Prowler, all of them—will pay the price."

May nodded, her eyes glistening with tears. Looking at Peter, she felt for a moment as if her nephew hadn't truly left. His spirit had found a new home.

### The Strategy Meeting

Peter walked to the center of the underground base and clapped his hands, calling the other Spiders over. They formed a circle around him.

"Alright, everyone, listen up," Peter said. "To fix the override key, we need the original data model of the particle collider. Miles mentioned that the local Peter Parker got his data from a lab called **ALCHEMAX**."

Peni Parker raised her hand, still chewing her lollipop. "If you find that data, I can use it to rebuild the key. I've studied particle physics before."

"Thanks, Peni," Peter said. Then he turned to the group. "Shadow and I have the address. It's in Hudson Valley. We act tomorrow. Tonight, we rest."

After the exhaustion of traveling across dimensions, everyone agreed. In the safety of the Spider-Lair, the heroes finally let their guard down and got the sleep they desperately needed.

### Operation: Feint and Infiltrate

The next morning at 8:00 AM, the team arrived at an industrial park in Hudson Valley. They hid behind a massive rock, staring at a giant, modern building in the center of the valley. It was a cold, glass-covered fortress with a large **ALCHEMAX** logo on the front.

"This is it," Peter whispered. "This lab is where the collider was born. The data we need will be on the Chief Scientist's computer."

He outlined the plan. "We're splitting into two groups. Gwen and I will infiltrate the building to copy the data. The rest of you—Peter B., Noir, Peni, Ham, and Miles—will stay outside and cause a distraction. We call this 'feinting to the east while attacking the west.'"

"Seems complicated," Peter B. muttered. "Why not just all sneak in?"

"Two reasons," Peter explained. "First, copying the data takes time; a distraction keeps eyes off the inside. Second, I want to see if Kingpin has any other villains hiding in the wings. This will draw them out."

The team agreed. Peter donned his **Parker Suit Mark II**, picked up a slightly blushing Gwen, and took to the skies.

"They're so cute," Spider-Ham sighed, watching them fly away. "I miss my girlfriend."

"That suit is fascinating," Peni Parker added, her eyes tracking the thruster flames. "I need to ask him about those engine modules later."

### Inside the Lion's Den

Peter and Gwen landed softly on the roof of the Alchemax building. Peter deactivated his suit, letting it fold back into its briefcase form. They found a ventilation duct and crawled inside, moving quietly through the metal tubes until they reached an empty hallway.

Gwen carefully removed the vent cover. They dropped down, landing silently on the polished floor. Before moving, they pulled on white lab coats they had brought along.

With their young faces and professional coats, they looked like nothing more than two busy intern researchers. As long as they kept their heads down, they were just part of the furniture.

"Stay close," Peter whispered. "Deep Blue, find the Chief Scientist's office. Map it out."

The mission was officially on.
