The mountains floated. The sky burned in deep violet streaks. The wind carried whispers of distant horrors.
Lin Kade yawned. "Well guess I'll take a walk.
He hadn't gone far before the ground shook beneath him. Rocks levitated, and the air thickened like liquid. A figure emerged a Demon King, taller than a skyscraper, clad in black armor jagged as shattered glass, eyes burning crimson with hatredand fear.
Human, it roared. Its voice cracked the air. I am Zarkan, Demon King of the Shattered Realms I will crush you.
Lin squinted. Eh sure, if you want. But uh He scratched his head. I don't actually fight. I kinda don't let people hurt me.
Zarkan froze. His claw hovered mid air. His intent Kill Lin Kade.
And in an instant he wasn't there.
A fragment of black armor fell to the ground. Nothing else.
Lin blinked. Well that was quick. Weirdly quiet too.
He shrugged and continued walking.
Far above, in the Celestial Throne, gods were screaming. Some even fainted.
But Zarkan Zarkan was very much alive. Somehow. And he had an idea.
I cannot kill him Zarkan muttered to himself, his voice trembling. I cannot attack. I cannot scheme But perhaps.
He bowed deeply to the empty air. "Human I come in peace. I wish to negotiate."
Lin tilted his head. Uh okay. You talking to me.
Zarkan carefully reappeared, kneeling before Lin like a nervous child. "Yes… we are aware of your power. It terrifies all existence. I offer peace. My realm, my followers, my treasures… all yours. I only ask do not destroy me.
Lin yawned. Hmm treasures sound nice. But, uh, I don't really take stuff. I don't need it.
The Demon King's jaw dropped. You you you do not even desire my realm
Lin shrugged. "Not really. Boring mountains. Some lava. Eh
Zarkan panicked. Then then do you want anything at all.
Lin scratched his cheek. Maybe a snack later I'm kinda hungry.
The Demon King froze. He had intended to negotiate not to be asked to get snacks.

Even the air trembled. The very concept of death, combat, and hierarchy had been rewritten by Lin's passive.
Zarkan collapsed to his knees. What are you.
Lin yawned. Just me, I guess. Lin Kade. Nice to meet you.
Zarkan groaned. Nice to meet you
In the distance, mountains shifted, rivers froze mid flow, and gods screamed.
Lin shrugged. "Well guess I'll keep walking. See what else is alive.
