As the traitor looks down at me from the foot of the bed and the first thing I notice is that Jenna isn't here, that means something bad is going to happen. Shit this is going to go wrong, quickly. I move and chains clank around my ankles and my wrists. My scowl follows them and then there is soft foot steps that are barely there.
A different man comes in, his eyes the same amber but colder and harsher as if he had seen all the bad things the world and hell has to offer, during my blackout, my demonic quirks come out, if only Caidee was here, she'd manage to pull the wool over their heads. If that dragon, Cherry was here there would be no chance of anyone that wronged to even be alive. Yet the only thing keeping me alive is my wrong doings, would Caidee understand the lengths I have went through to survive?

I shift my head to the side catching a glimpse of the metallic pink scales of Cherry, and my heart flies into my throat. If there is Cherry there is Caidee.
