In that instant, the rocks no longer seemed like ordinary stones. They had become divine weapons in the hands of a colossal god.
They tore through the air at terrifying speed, whipping up gales like raging waves. Clouds and mist churned overhead, as though the whole world were about to be swallowed by that overwhelming power.
The wind howled, tossing the hair of the two figures in the sky. On the ground, the Redmane soldiers stared wide-eyed at the scene in terror.
Amid those sharp screams through the air, the stone weapons slashed down like a sudden storm, covering the entire area before Radahn.
Everyone watched with their own eyes as Starscourge crashed toward the ground like a meteor. Immediately after, the enormous battle axes, longswords, spears, and sabers followed in his wake.
Just as everyone's hearts rose into their throats, something unexpected happened.
Two great Claymores suddenly burst from the shattered rocks and shot out like lightning.
Boom! Boom! Boom!!
A deafening string of explosions rang out. The instant the stone weapons descended, Radahn's black-iron Claymores shot forth, crossing and wheeling through the air like streaks of light.
The massive stone weapons could not withstand that power. One after another, they shattered into countless fragments.
Nolan recalled the Promised Claymore. With both swords in motion, he knocked the two incoming Black Iron Claymores away.
He raised an eyebrow, a trace of surprise rising in his heart. The flying Claymores were actually heavier than when Radahn held them in his hands.
Clearly, the Starscourge General's Gravity Sorcery had reached a realm countless Sorcerers could only look up to.
Radahn was nothing like the wild warrior he appeared to be. He was a super Sorcerer wearing the skin of a berserker.
Under Radahn's Gravity Sorcery, the flying swords were not only fast, but carried tremendous weight behind every strike.
Nolan was not frightened by this impressive-looking trick. His twin swords moved in a powerful Sword Dance, his momentum like a tiger descending the mountain, and he dealt with the assault with ease.
Nolan once again sent the Claymores flying with a heavy swing, but before he could press the attack, the two Claymores he had knocked away seemed to grow eyes of their own. One from the front and one from behind, they swiftly circled back and aimed straight for his vital points.
Seeing this, Nolan had no choice but to give up chasing Radahn for the moment. His body plunged downward like a meteor and landed firmly on the ground.
The moment he touched down, Nolan broke into a sprint, swinging his twin swords nonstop as he parried the two Claymores that pursued him like shadows.
In that single brief second, the four Claymores clashed dozens of times. Every collision rang out with a crisp metallic sound, sending sparks flying everywhere.
Just as Nolan was fully focused on fending off the Claymores' siege, he suddenly caught sight of a massive Arrow hurtling toward him from ahead.
Radahn stood in midair, drawing his Greatbow and loosing five arrows in a single breath. They were terrifyingly fast, and with Gravity Sorcery attached, their flight paths became strange and unpredictable, nearly impossible to read.
Faced with such a fierce assault, Nolan did not panic. His figure flashed, and he vanished without a trace from between the Claymores closing in from front and back and the giant arrow.
The next instant, he appeared like a ghost behind the arrow's tail, then began flickering across the ground again and again.
After taking several steps with Bloodhound's Step, Nolan did not use Gravitas manipulation to shift his position as he had before. Instead, six pairs of wings spread from his back.
With a sonic boom, he vanished from where he stood like an illusion and shot straight into the sky.
Time seemed to freeze in that moment. Radahn's eyes widened as he stared at Nolan, now in his half-dragon Incarnation, and shock surged through his heart.
But his movements did not stop. He quickly cast Gravity Sorcery, seizing control of the shattered remains of the giant stone weapons he had cut apart earlier.
Thousands of artificial meteorites rained down upon the humanoid dragon charging toward him. Every stone held immense force, crashing down with a shriek of wind.
At the same time, golden lightning burst from within Nolan's body. Endless currents danced like raging dragons, pouncing on the huge stones and tearing them apart.
Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!
Gravity meteors and sunlight lightning collided violently in midair, unleashing an earth-shaking roar.
The impact sent shockwaves rippling outward in ring after ring, bursting into countless spheres of light across the open sky. They were dazzling and magnificent, like fireworks blooming at a grand celebration.
Even though Stormveil Castle was already far from the battlefield of the two Lords, the brutal shockwaves still slammed over in wave after wave, as if they meant to tear the entire world apart.
The onlookers were stunned by the horrifying sight, and only one thought remained in their minds.
This was nothing short of a natural disaster.
In strength, speed, and destructive power, this battle had far surpassed anything people could imagine.
If a battle like this broke out inside Stormveil Castle, then aside from heroes with extraordinary power, no one else would be able to interfere at all.
If two figures like Malenia fought, perhaps it would only amount to cutting down a few mountain peaks, and it might not even look this shocking.
But at this very moment, the two people fighting in the sky looked like gods locked in mortal combat, pushing the spectacle to its absolute limit.
Clang!!
The instant the meteorites and lightning collided, Nolan reached Radahn. His twin swords had already gathered their force, and he slashed them out.
The two black-iron Claymores flew back at that moment and landed precisely in Radahn's hands.
Radahn swept out his arms and gripped both swords tight. He and Nolan crossed paths in midair, and sparks burst out at once.
The Claymores clashed and ground against each other. The recoil forced them apart, only for them to close in again and collide once more.
Clang!!
This impact rang out even louder than before. Blade against blade, Lord against Lord, the two returned in midair to the most primal form of slaughter.
Every exchange unleashed dazzling sparks and shockwaves, as though they had become two true meteors, constantly colliding and intertwining in the sky.
Radahn was being pressed hard by Nolan. His heartbeat quickened, and a thin sheen of sweat appeared on his forehead. But he was smiling.
Facing Nolan's relentless advance, Radahn decided to use the same trick again.
He focused his mind and drew upon the Magical Power within him, pulling in the surrounding rubble without end before hurling it at Nolan like a rainstorm.
Yet when the broken stones neared Nolan, they seemed to strike an invisible barrier and were knocked away one after another.
That barrier also tightly enclosed the two of them, keeping all the flying stone and dust outside.
Under Nolan's sword strikes, one after another, Radahn kept retreating. His body felt heavier and heavier, and even the hand gripping his sword began to tremble faintly.
Not far away, Nolan imitated the way Radahn had controlled the Black Iron Claymores earlier and hurled the Dark Moon Greatsword in his hand. The flying sword struck the Black Iron Claymore, and both were knocked apart.
Then both of them pulled back and charged at the same time, raising their arms together and recalling their Claymores through the pull of Gravitas.
The two Claymores traced arcs through the air before flying back into their respective hands.
Radahn and Nolan gripped their Claymores tightly and looked at each other. The great swords in their hands wove an impenetrable web of sword light through the air.
Clang! Clang! Clang!!
They were too fast. Those on the ground could no longer see anything clearly, only two phantoms crossing again and again.
They knew no fatigue. They laughed aloud, parted, collided, and swung their Claymores.
Every clash of weapons produced a heavy boom, like rolling thunder echoing through the air.
With the battlefield of the two Lords as its center, a twisted storm surged toward the towering city walls. Everyone on the battlefield felt like a small boat tossed helplessly upon the sea.
