The Land of Whirlpools is a series of 1 large island and several small ones around it, ruled entirely by the Uzumaki clan.

Unlike other countries, where a single clan governs the country, the Uzukage and the Daimyo are the same person.

The Uzumaki clan is a centuries-old clan, born hundreds of years before the end of the Warring States period, and has earned a reputation equal to that of the Senju and Uchiha clans.

The Senju and Uchiha clans have been the most powerful clans recognized by all elemental nations and together they founded the most powerful village currently, the Hidden Leaf Village.

The Senju clan had the God of Shinobi, Hashirama Senju, and the Uchiha clan had its only opponent, Madara Uchiha.

Both were recognized as gods in their time.

For their part, the Uzumaki clan had a lower profile.

He continued to govern his country as always, and only followed the example of separating shinobi and civil affairs, founding the hidden village among the whirlpools.

Since the end of the Clan War Era and the beginning of the Hidden Village Era, the Whirlpool Village has been in an alliance with the Leaf Village.

This alliance dates back to the era of clan warfare, formed by the alliance between the Senju clan and the Uzumaki clan, and was strengthened by the marriage between Mito Uzumaki and Hashirama Senju.

But because the land of whirlpools is a mostly isolated country with little contact with other nations on the continent, they have not received any benefits from this alliance.

On the other hand, it is the Leaf Village that gained a lot, or rather lost less, during the first Shinobi World War.

This is due to the famous Fuinjutsu of the Uzumaki clan.

The seals that the Leaf Village received from the Uzumaki clan helped a lot in their fight against the other villages during the first world war.

For example, seals to hide chakra, which made it impossible for the sensors of other villages to sense the Leaf shinobi squads approaching and ambush them.

The seal that encompasses the entire Leaf Village was created by the Uzumaki clan, which recorded any chakra signature entering or leaving the village, thus making it more difficult for enemy villages to infiltrate the Leaf Village.

There were also several shinobi squads formed by members of the Uzumaki clan who harassed the armies and shipments of food and tools from different villages.

With the powerful Fuinjutsu of the Uzumaki clan, they could hide anywhere and not be detected by sensors, unless someone bumped into the barrier that concealed them.

But what the Uzumaki clan villages feared most was how easily the tailed beasts could be captured.

A tailed beast was a huge chakra-sensitive beast that could wipe out entire armies and destroy a country.

Previously, tailed beasts roamed the continent unopposed until the Shinobi God, Hashirama Senju, appeared.

Hashirama, with the purpose of appeasing the other villages and maintaining a lasting peace, 'sold' 7 of the 9 tailed beasts to the other villages, wanting them all to have a similar level of power and thus 'avoid' wars.

But that didn't happen.

The moment rumors of Hashirama's possible death were heard, the other hidden villages began to start small skirmishes on the borders.

Seeing that Hashirama was nowhere to be found, these villages confidently began an open war to gain territory and resources from the Land of Fire.

Being the territory with the most resources in the elemental nations, the clans that previously lived here and were now part of the Leaf Village were powerful and were able to withstand the invasion of the other villages.

But despite the power of these clans, there was something they could not easily face.

The beasts with tails

Despite not having the proper Fuinjutsu to have a jinchuriki who could take advantage of the chakra of the tailed beast that he had sealed inside, they could use them as bombs by releasing them inside the ranks or camps of the leaf army, leaving destruction in their wake and many shinobi dead in minutes.

The Leaf Army could only fight a tailed beast until it wore it down and they tried to seal it away.

Mito Uzumaki, the wife of Hashirama Senju, played a crucial role during the First Shinobi World War by confronting a tailed beast and sealing it on the battlefield where she was standing.

But Mito Uzumaki was just one person.

He couldn't be on every battlefield and face every tailed beast on his own.

This is when the Uzumaki clan played a crucial role.

On each battlefield, there was a squad of Uzumaki clan shinobi specializing in dealing with the tailed beasts, managing to seal them and give the Leaf Village a great advantage.

After all the villages had lost too much and could no longer fight, they signed a peace agreement.

In that agreement, the leaf returned the tailed beasts for a certain amount of resources, regardless of whether these villages would use these tailed beasts again to confront them in the future.

After all, these villages could not harness the power of a tailed beast, and the Uzumaki clan would always be there to help them in future conflicts.

This last thought was not only thought by the high command of the Leaf Village.

The other villages turned their gaze in the direction of that small country that inflicted great losses on them in the past war.

But because they were wounded after a disastrous war, these villages did nothing for the time being and concentrated on recovering.

Time passed and the villages had recovered enough to set their sights on neighboring countries.

Comparing their states, they realized that everyone's recovery was the same, except for one village.

The Village Hidden in the Leaves.

Being in a territory with so much fertile land, it greatly helped the Leaf Village to recover quickly and its growth did not stop.

And it wasn't just the great nations that realized that.

The small neighboring nations of Tierra del Fuego, who suffered the crossfire of the battles of the great nations during the past war, were also envious of its growth.

But despite that envy and hatred they felt for being caught in the crossfire of the great nations, they did not have enough strength to fight against the Leaf Village for resources.

Only the great nations began to have thoughts of fighting the Leaf Village again.

But at that moment, they remembered that small country ruled by a clan of redheads who had made things difficult for them during the previous war.

Land of Whirlpools

The Uzumaki clan was a thorn in their side during the war, and they did not pay due attention to them at the beginning of the conflict.

It was only later, when they realized they had to deal with them, that it was too late.

The villages did not trust each other, and the Leaf Village had a slight advantage over them.

But now, things were different.

No one knew how it started, but 4 of the 5 great elemental nations began to communicate and formed a temporary alliance.

The objective of this alliance?

The extermination and plundering of the knowledge of the Uzumaki clan.

All the villages were envious and coveted the fuinjutsu of the Uzumaki clan, so a truce of non-aggression and mutual aid was all that was needed if the Leaf Village reacted quickly to save its allies.

Of course, they wouldn't trust each other so easily, so they each brought 1000 of their shinobi to prevent the other villages from getting any strange ideas.

It was implied that everyone would get what they could with their own hands.

The only ones who would lose here would be the Uzumaki clan.

At least that's what they thought.

After the explorers from the village of lightning, earth, water, and sand went to the islands of the land of whirlpools, nothing more was heard of them.

None of the armies that were about to arrive received any information from them and thought that the Leaf Village had made a move or that the other villages had betrayed them.

As each army approached the islands of the whirlpool country, they saw no one on it and stepped onto the island confused and suspicious.

It was when they went to the main island that they saw a huge translucent barrier surrounding the entire island.

The Uzumaki were going to defend themselves
