Synopsis
What happens when a weak soldier, having spent too much time in an uncertain war he was sure he wouldn't return alive, manages to return to his homeland as if the war never happened? Or rather, what happens when a "hero" without a title worthy of being heard in songs and chants, without recognition from humanity or the world, without renown to know about his origins, a completely ordinary man, achieves a miraculous victory against a being that was trying to replicate the universe as we know it, and manages to survive unscathed even knowing that "death" was an absolute certainty? Ideally, the person who went through such turmoil would return to a normal life and live the rest of their life growing in society and having goals that most of us normal humans have; however, reality is totally different. It is impossible for a person who has spent many years living a life full of action, blood, and chaos to return to being an "ordinary person" in society. Even if the individual tries, the reality is that even if you are outside the war, the war never leaves you. This is the story of a man who, from the beginning of his journey, had no future, but after a favor from a certain Telescope Wizard, he managed to have a new "future." However, this future ends up attracting the attention of many deities, demons, angels, beasts, heroes, and villains around the world. Fortunately, being close to death and having a life filled with conflict is "normal" for our protagonist; his luck is that he won't be alone on this new journey.

Chapter 1 - A new journey with a chaotic start.

Typically, in a common and traditional heroic story, the hero and his group of loyal and strong companions defeat the great villain and saving the world.

The common conclusion is that the hero and the group each have a happy ending with an inspiring or educational message that corresponds to the story's theme.

Unfortunately for our protagonist, he didn't have that privilege. The moment he and his group defeated the great evil that threatened the entire universe, the boy didn't have the opportunity to have the happy ending he wanted.

He and his group were destined to disappear along with their world; their entire journey would be forgotten and erased, with no witnesses to record for the world that they once existed, that they were great heroes.

It's a cruel and bitter fate that was difficult for the boy to accept, but even knowing the tragic outcome, he pressed on and continued on his path.

With the world saved, the hero and his group were ready and accepted their end. However, they didn't expect that a certain person who had been watching their entire journey would decide to lend them a helping hand.

This is the story of a new beginning for the Last Master of Humanity, who now has the opportunity to start over and control his own end.

-------------

Night near dawn...

Kuoh City, Japan. Year 2008

Last week of March

------------------

The light of the full moon shines subtly in Kuoh City Park, creating a certain natural beauty that occurs at certain moments. However, something abnormal and unexpected begins to happen in one of the park's dark corners.

Sounds similar to breaking glass echo in the air, but no physical glass is nearby; in fact, these sounds are coming from reality itself, shattering in the air.

Immediately afterwards, as if a curtain were opening, reality is altered without any resistance, and a rupture opens in the air, revealing an unknown dimension. An old man emerges from this dimension, along with a young man and two beautiful young girls walking behind him.

When the four people exit the dimensional portal, reality returns to normal, and the rupture is corrected in a few seconds.

"It seems we arrived at the perfect time. It's night, and there are no unwanted presences nearby. You were lucky today, although luck has been on your side throughout your entire journey since you're still alive. Hehe..."

The old man said this after striking the park floor three times with his cane, releasing a wave of subtle and silent magic.

The old man in question is called Kischur Zelretch Schweinorg, mage of jewels and one of the main founders and creators of the Holy Grail War, or by the title he is more famously known as, the User of the "Second True Magic".

(A/N: I honestly don't know how to pronounce his name correctly using my native language, much less using English.)

"I still can't understand the real reason why someone of such renown and power as you would be interested in the three of us, to the point of having us kidnapped!"

"Dire—I mean Sister! You might end up offending Lord Zelretch."

The beautiful young girl who said this is Olga Marie Animusphere, daughter of Marisbury Animusphere, heiress of the Animusphere family and former director of the now-defunct Chaldea Organization.

Zelretch sees Olga Marie's somewhat authoritarian attitude and lets out a light laugh, not at all offended by the young heiress's tone of voice.

The second girl who is worried about her older sister's attitude is Mash Kyrielight, Olga Marie's younger sister, the Holy Paladin, an honorary member of the Knights of the Round Table.

(A/N: Yes, I know that Olga and Mash aren't technically biological sisters, but Mash likes to consider herself a sister to Olga, which I find very cute.)

"Hehe. Didn't I already tell you three the reason you're here? Besides, if I hadn't taken you three from your temporal Chaldea, you would technically be dead when your world started correcting irregularities. Therefore, knowing this, you weren't kidnapped, but rescued."

Zelretch has a slight, natural smile as he faces the trio of people who, by all intents and purposes, shouldn't exist anymore. After all, in the planet's view, they are anomalies that need to be corrected to the natural order. However, even the powerful Zelretch couldn't have anticipated the great impact their achievements had on him and another entity that needs their help in this world.

"You only said that someone wanted our help, you didn't say anything else after that."

The person who said this in a neutral tone was a young man with the expression of someone who had been through many kinds of "hell" countless times, but still managed to have the strength to remain steadfast through it all.

The name of our protagonist is Ritsuka Fujimaru, a mere ordinary person who can barely be considered a decent mage, but he managed to become the person responsible for saving the planet and possibly the universe as well. Unfortunately, his deeds will always remain unknown to the rest of the world.

"Ah yes. I said that. Well, unfortunately for you, I cannot reveal the identity of the entity that requested your help due to an agreement we made, but that doesn't prevent you from discovering it for yourselves. However, there are other reasons why I brought you to this world. The first is that I have been observing you from the beginning, the second reason is because my two magic wands, Ruby and Sapphire, have been communicating everything that happened to me, and the third and final reason is because you, Ritsuka and Mash, are close friends of my master Solomon, who is called Romani Archaman to you."

The revelation surprised the trio even more, especially Ritsuka and Mash, who did not expect to learn that one of the most powerful mages in the world was an apprentice of his dear friend who had been by their side since the beginning of their journey to the Temple of Solomon, the place where Romani Archaman sacrificed his life to give Ritsuka a chance of victory against Goetia.

"Dr. Romani was your master in the past when he was Solomon?!"

Mash and Ritsuka spoke at the same time while Olga remained silent and surprised to learn that the Dr. Romani, with whom Olga had few interactions, was the master of one of the most renowned Mages of the Mage's Association.

"Now you know, Ritsuka, why the Moon Princess calls me old man when she talks to Ruby and Sapphire. Anyway, those are the reasons I rescued you from complete oblivion. From now on, the rest is up to you, but before I say goodbye to you three—after all, I'm a very busy man—I recommend you perform a summoning now, since I have a feeling you'll need the help of your Heroic Spirits in this unknown, yet very familiar world."

Zelretch's words are heard, and the trio look at each other, thinking about what they will do next now that they are no longer in Chaldea.

As Zelretch instructed, they begin the summoning process using Mash's bright white shield as a summoning circle.

"Okay, Ritsuka, now the rest is up to you. I hope we can bring more than one Servant."

"Good luck, Senpai."

Olga and Mash have both given their words, and now it's up to Ritsuka, who is still processing everything that has happened to him in these last moments.

"Okay. Here we go..."

With these words, Ritsuka begins the summoning process and recites the necessary incantations for the ritual.

Let silver and steel be the essence.

Let stone and the archduke of contracts be the foundation

Let rise a wall against the wind that shall fall

Let the four cardinal gates close.

Let the three-forked road from the crown reaching unto the Kingdom rotate.

I hereby declare.

Your body shall serve under me.

My fate shall be your sword.

Submit to the beckoning of the Holy Grail

If you will submit to this will and this reason…

Then answer!

An oath shall be sworn here!

I shall attain all virtues of all of Heaven.

I shall have dominion over all evils of all of Hell!

From the Seventh Heaven, attended to by three greet words of power,

Come forth from the ring of restraints,

Protector of the Holy Balance!

With those words spoken by Ritsuka, the ten lights that were rotating around the summoning magic circle above Mash's shield began to form three wide, round circles in the air.

"Congratulations, Senpai, you managed to summon four Heroic Spirits!"

Mash's excited voice echoed in Ritsuka's ears, informing him about the summoning process since Mash and the shield were connected, but he also missed Da Vinci's voice in his ear offering support.

Then the three circles of light closed simultaneously, creating a small pillar of light, and the first Servant to emerge from the magic circle was a beautiful woman with white hair and beautiful, cold blue eyes hidden behind a black veil.

The servant in question is King Arthur's older sister, the woman who planned the fall of Camelot, as well as being a powerful witch and sorceress, enough to rival the great wizard Merlin. The name of this beautiful, yet fearsome queen is Morgan Le Fay, mother of Mordred, Gawain, Gereth, and Agravain, self-proclaimed wife of Ritsuka and Queen of the Sixth Lostbelt of Avalon.

"Hmm... It seems our connection and bond are intact even after... Oh... I see. I'm the first to arrive. I see you somehow managed to escape the clutches of the world and maintain your existence. I'm happy and very relieved to see you again, my dear husband."

Morgan Le Fay's cold blue eyes, which at the moment showed no strong emotion, now seem to subtly shine as she sees her beloved husband and master has suffered no drastic harm after Chaldea ended its function.

For Morgana, seeing that her beloved is well and still remembers her is one of the best pieces of news she could ever receive; she can't even hide her happy smile, even though it's covered behind a black veil.

Ritsuka, on the other hand, seeing his beloved fairy witch and "wife" slowly approaching him makes him happy inside as well. He has a strong urge to slightly open her veil to give her a traditional kiss out of habit, but the logical side of his mind reminds him that they are not in a room and that Zelretch and especially Olga Marie are watching, so he restrains himself.

"It's good to see you again, my queen. Although I think it's best if we leave the explanations and our meeting for when we are more comfortable."

Ritsuka said this, glancing sideways and showing a little of his shyness to the Winter Queen, knowing that if he doesn't restrain his woman, she won't stop showing affection for him, even in public with strangers or with someone he also shares a relationship with, which in this case is Olga Marie and Mash.

"Queen Morgana! I'm glad to see you were the first to arrive; your magical support will be a great help."

Mash, on the other hand, showed no sign of jealousy. In fact, she's happier to see Morgana again, whom she considers a dear friend.

"Oh... My knight Galahad... Hmm... I see we really have a lot to discuss. You made the right choice, my husband."

"Hmm... So the first one was the Fairy Queen, not bad. We'll really need her help with magic and spells, although she irritates me a little."

Olga Marie tries to disguise the discomfort she feels seeing how direct Morgana is being in showing her affection for Ritsuka, adopting a pragmatic stance. However, Ritsuka knows his Director very well enough to see that she's terrible at hiding her strong feelings.

Morgan takes her position, standing to Ritsuka's right, her shoulder touching his as if silently declaring that her place is to be glued to him.

The summoning ritual continues, and the second Servant to be summoned is a beautiful woman with pink hair, golden eyes, and the ears and three tails of a fox; the Servant in question is the Incarnation of the Goddess Amaterasu, Tamano no Mae.

"Mikon! Don't worry, Master! Your dear, beloved, and faithful fox-wife is here to take care of all your worries! Oh... I see I wasn't the first to arrive... How are you, Queen Morgan-san? I see you're already showing off as always."

Tamano no Mae, who the instant she was summoned was about to jump for joy to hug Ritsuka, had her spirits ruined the moment she saw Morgan in front of her, clinging to her Master.

Tamano no Mae is one of the Heroic Spirits summoned when Ritsuka was still growing as a Master, and because she is one of Chaldea's newest servants at that time, she proclaimed herself Ritsuka's "first wife," a title completely ignored by Morgan.

"Ah... It's you. I was hoping you'd be one of my Knights, but your presence has its uses."

Morgan wasn't at all intimidated by the presence of an incarnation of a chief Goddess, especially in her homeland—something to be expected from a Queen of her caliber.

"I'm glad to have you joining us, Tamano. Let's leave the explosions and meetings for when we're in a private place after we finish the summoning ritual."

Ritsuka said this wanting to speed up the ritual a bit since he didn't want to drag things out too much, as they were in a public place and in a completely unknown world.

"The fairy queen and a kitsune Goddess. Hmm... Our team is becoming quite formidable, as expected from a master like you, Ritsuka."

Olga said, praising her dear secretary, Ritsuka, who let out a slight, embarrassed laugh upon hearing Olga's compliment.

"Right. Since Morgan took the right, I'll take the left. After all, a respectable wife must be by her beloved husband's side at all times!"

Not wanting to lose to Morgan, Tamano no Mae takes the position to Ritsuka's left, sticking close to him just as Morgan is doing.

The penultimate servant summoned next is someone Ritsuka and Mash didn't expect to see summoned again.

The servant in question is the Archangel who represents the scribe of God, Metatron, the Ruler responsible for judging Ritsuka's "crimes" committed during his journey in the Lostbelts.

"Archangel Metatron?!"

Mash and Ritsuka speak simultaneously, shocked to see the Archangel again. Olga Marie, on the other hand, is more curious than surprised; after all, it's the first time she's had the privilege of seeing an Archangel face to face, even if the Archangel in question is only a projection of the true Angel.

Tamano no Mae and Morgan are surprised, but silent, since even they didn't expect that summoning Rulers would be possible again. After all, this Archangel was responsible for blocking Ritsuka's access to Ruler summons.

Therefore, seeing that Ritsuka himself managed to accomplish a feat that should have been forbidden left the two wives somewhat worried.

Metatron opens her bright golden eyes and sees that she has been summoned by Ritsuka again, something she had forbidden. However, before she could say anything that was on his mind at the moment her presence connected with the unknown world, she immediately receives information about certain things that shocked her.

Everyone watched as Archangel Metatron's expression rapidly changed. For a moment she was neutral and calm, but the moment her feet touched the ground, she went from calm to confused, then shocked, and finally with an expression of pure indignation, worry, and urgency.

"Forgive me, Master, I have something of utmost importance and urgency that I need to verify immediately! I must inform you of everything when I manage to resolve this incident."

With these words, Archangel Metatron expanded her multiple white wings and, at an almost abnormal speed, she flew into the heavens in a golden light in the blink of an eye, leaving Ritsuka and the others completely surprised by how fast Metatron's entire action was.

"Well... That was certainly very interesting. There really isn't a single boring moment with you all, hehehe."

Zelretch, having a good idea of why Metatron immediately went to Heaven the moment she was summoned, let out a light laugh as if he had heard a joke that only he understood.

Continuing the ritual, the last Heroic Spirit to be summoned is a Servant whose presence, upon detection, immediately causes Mash to display a look of disgust.

"Oh no, why her of all people..."

"Yahoo! Master! We meet again!Did you miss me? You did, didn't you~? Hehehe..."

The Servant in question wasted no time in jumping for joy, hugging Ritsuka tightly, irritating all the nearby girls who witnessed the act.

The Servant's name is Lilith, Goddess of the Storm and the first wife created, who rejected Adam and became Lucifer's wife. She is also the woman who taught Mash what it means to hate someone, a feeling that is mutual between the two.

"H-Hi, Lilith. I see you're as cheerful as ever."

Ritsuka said this while holding the waist of the Succubus demon, whose arms and legs were wrapped around his body, much to the annoyance of his wives and girlfriends.

"Hehehe, of course I'd be thrilled! I'm back by my favorite man and lover's side again! Ah! The Lilims will also be happy to see their Father again. Do you want me to summon them?"

"Can't you see you're making Senpai uncomfortable? Lilith, you shameless, truly has no limits."

Immediately, the cheerful smile, full of affection and love, changed to a cold, angry expression the moment Lilith heard Mash's voice.

"Okay! Okay! No unnecessary fighting. Mash, please restrain yourself, and you too, Lilith, whatever you're about to say, you can forget immediately. We're no longer in Chaldea where you two could settle your differences in the Simulator. So control yourselves until we have more information and experience of the world we're inhabiting. Understood?"

"Yes, Master."

Seeing Ritsuka's swift and precise action and order, Mash and Lilith decide to put aside their mutual irritations for now.

Zelretch, on the other hand, seeing all this interaction, has a wide smile that suggests he's a little proud.

"Ahhh.... Now I understand why my Master accepted you as a friend and apprentice. You're really making good use of his teachings, young man. Having a young mage heiress from an old, powerful family, a young Paladin girl, a formidable Witch and Fairy, a Fox Goddess, an Archangel and a Demon as lovers... Impressive."

Ritsuka looks at Zelretch with a perplexed expression, not believing that this old man is proud, thinking he learned about having a harem from Doctor Romani.

Mash and Olga Marie blush with embarrassment upon hearing Zelretch refer to them as Ritsuka's lovers, which in a way is true.

"Well, I see the summoning ritual was a success, well, with the exception of the Archangel who just flew away. In any case, my duty in bringing you here is done. From now on, the rest is up to you to do as you please in this world. Oh! Before I forget."

Zelretch walks towards Ritsuka and hands him a small packet of cards that Ritsuka immediately recognizes as the Class Cards that Illya and Miyu used to utilize the weapons and abilities of the Heroic Spirits.

Obviously, the power of the Class Cards is not equal to the power of a true Heroic Spirit, but that doesn't change the fact that these cards are strong.

"Why are you giving me this?"

Ritsuka asks this question, not understanding why the user of the Second True Magic would give him the Class Cards.

"Because you never know if your Shadow Servants will not be able to protect you from certain powerful enemies that inhabit this world. However, I recommend that you only use the cards at crucial moments, since compared to those two Magical Girls, you're not very good at physically withstanding the powers of heroic spirits."

What Zelretch said is true, since Ritsuka had tested the powers of the Class Cards once in Chaldea, and the cost of using them left him very exhausted. Therefore, as the old mage said, it's better to use the cards when he has no other option.

"Well, that's all I had to do. Good luck in this new world, former Chaldea members, you'll need it."

With those last words, Zelretch opens another rift in reality using his Second True Magic, and he enters the rift, leaving Ritsuka and the girls alone in an unknown park in the middle of the night.

"Well, there he goes... And he really left us in the middle of a park."

Ritsuka comments, giving a brief, quick glance around him, seeing that he's in an empty park in the middle of the night.

"He really is a Mage worthy of being the user of Second True Magic. The bounded field he used during the summoning ritual was too complex and strong for me to decipher in such a short time."

Morgan comments, praising the Old Mage slightly, and she's with her eyes closed, analyzing the terrain with her scepter.

"Senpai, are you noticing the same thing I am? The mana air of this place..."

"It seems very similar, with the mana density being similar to the Babylon Singularity? Yes. I'm feeling it too."

Ritsuka responds to his lover Mash with an apprehensive expression, sensing something strange in the air of this world.

"This is very strange... I know I'm in my homeland, so it's natural that I'm much stronger, but why do I have such an immense feeling of nostalgia?! The mana in this park... No, in this city, is much denser and richer than usual. It seems like..."

"That the 'Mystery' of this place reminds you of the time when the Age of Gods still existed? Because that's exactly the question that's bothering me right now."

Morgan responds to the Kitsune, finishing analyzing the mana and the terrain of the area, and the results she obtained left her confused.

"Hmm... For me, it's a little different. I don't know why, but I feel very comfortable in this place. Which is strange since I've never been to Japan in my life."

Lilith comments on what she's feeling in this new and unfamiliar place. Ritsuka then decides to ask the question to the girl who can connect with planet Earth itself, and that person is Olga Marie.

"Director, have you managed to gather any information? If you have, have you already connected with the planet?"

Ritsuka asks Olga Marie, who stands with her arms crossed, eyes closed, and a serious expression.

"I tried to do that when we entered this world, but so far I haven't been successful. It seems something is blocking my attempts to connect with the planet."

Olga Marie said this, becoming slightly irritated to see that her attempts to acquire valuable information are not succeeding.

"Well, that's certainly a little worrying. In any case, let's stick to our main objective, which is to have a temporary base for us to rest."

"Senpai, what about Archangel Metatron going to heaven?"

Hearing Mash's words about Metatron, Ritsuka looks to the heavens and sighs.

"We'll deal with that another time. Right now, our priority is to have a place to spend the night. Do you agree with that, Olga?"

"I agree with your decision, Ritsuka. We don't have the support or base to help us, so our important mission is to have a temporary base to organize ourselves."

With these words spoken by Olga Marie, we left the park and began walking along the city sidewalks looking for a hotel to use for a few days.

Morgan, Tamano no Mae, and Lilith are in spiritual form on my orders to conserve mana since we no longer have Chaldea's support and to avoid drawing too much attention from the population.

Luckily, they managed to find an open hotel at that hour. The receptionist found it a little strange that three unknown people were wearing clothes that looked futuristic, but she assumed the trio were cosplaying.

Unfortunately for the group, the hotel only had one room available. Luckily, the room had two beds, meaning someone would have to sleep together.

With the room reserved, Ritsuka, Olga, and Mash entered what would be their base for a few months until they could find a permanent base.

Being in a safe and private place, Ritsuka, Mash, and Olga finally began to relax, starting to process the fact that they were both alive and with their memories intact.

"We're really back in the real world... I can hardly remember the last time I was back in the city."

"It feels like we've been living inside the Storm Border for years without any contact with the rest of the world."

Olga and Ritsuka have melancholic expressions, unable to believe that they no longer have to worry about anomalies, Singularities, and Lostbelts.

Especially for Ritsuka, who in the past was an ordinary high school student who, after donating blood, was kidnapped and taken straight to the middle of Antarctica, only to become "the chosen one" that same day to save humanity, which soon became a threat to other worlds, only to later discover that his life and journey were not meant to exist.

It's easy to say that he's been through a lot, and it will be difficult for him to return to a normal life and reintegrate into society.

"Ehh... Senpai, sister... What are we going to do now?"

Mash asks this question, feeling lost since this is the first time in her life that she's in the modern era and not in a singularity or Lostbelt.

"I think the first thing we should do is sleep. I'm not in the mood to discuss strategy plans right now."

Ritsuka responded with a tired sigh, receiving a glare from Olga.

"Okay, but this room only has two beds..."

"You two sleep together, I'll take the other bed. If I don't do this, we'll have unnecessary problems."

Ritsuka said this already deciding who would sleep with whom because he knows better than anyone about the inevitable competition among the Servents he summoned to sleep with him.

Mash looked irritated knowing that Lilith would sleep with Ritsuka, but she kept her complaint to herself, knowing that if she said anything, Lilith wouldn't miss the opportunity to provoke her.

"You're right. Mash, you sleep with me tonight. I think this will be the first time we've both slept in the same bed."

"You're right! It will be the first time we spend the night as sisters."

Mash immediately became very happy and excited to see that she would spend the night with her older sister and experience a little of what it's like to have a family. This is, of course, ignoring the complicated relationship she has with her "father," Lancelot.

With everything decided, Mash and Olga go to their room and Ritsuka to his, already mentally prepared for the inevitable conclusion he'll have to deal with.

"Alright. You can show yourselves now, let's get this over with."

Ritsuka said this with a sigh, not disguising the fact that he knows his female servants too well to be subtle.

At the same instant, Lilith, Tamano no Mae, and Morgan emerge from their spiritual forms. Morgan and Tamano are wearing specific sleepwear, except for Lilith, who simply removed her cloak, leaving her practically half-naked.

"Hehehe, it seems that after sleeping with several female servants in Chaldea, you've become quite adaptable in how to handle certain situations. I'm sure male servants would be very proud of you."

Lilith said with a friendly smile, playfully teasing Ritsuka, who smiles slightly, admiring the beautiful sight before him.

"My husband, I suggest that the next day we begin construction of our castle. I promise I won't leave a single detail out; it will be a place worthy of our union."

Morgan said this, blushing slightly as she admitted one of the things she had longed to do after officially marrying Ritsuka. Technically, she had achieved her goal of creating a castle for just the two of them at the summer event in Hawaii, but it was something temporary.

Now that they are back in the real world, Morgan has the perfect opportunity to create a castle so beautiful and spectacular that it surpasses Camelot Castle.

"What a coincidence, Your Majesty, I was thinking the same thing, but unlike you, I don't need to create an exaggerated castle with lots of unnecessary spaces that only serve as decoration."

Tamano no Mae's words slightly irritated the Fairy Queen, who was ready to counterattack, but Ritsuka, already anticipating an argument between the two women who are his wives.

"Okay ladies, let's not start arguments at bedtime, please."

"Hehehe, you heard the man, girls behave or you'll be punished~."

Lilith, watching the short show, tries to provoke the two wives a little, but they are so focused on each other that the Demon's words go over their heads.

"I don't disagree with the plan to create a house, but right now what we need most is information. However, at the moment we are tired and need to sleep."

Hearing Ritsuka's words, who is in the middle of his bed with Morgan lying to his right and Tamano no Mae to his left, and Lilith lying on top of him.

Having all sides of his body occupied by the breasts of three beautiful women makes the young Master of Humanity have a certain inevitable reaction.

Obviously, the three Servants, especially Lilith who is on top of him, notice Ritsuka's body's reaction, but they decide to let this opportunity pass, knowing that it's not the right time yet.

Even with his body under pressure, Ritsuka manages to fall asleep and enter the dream world.

---------

Dream world...

--------

Ritsuka immediately opens his eyes, expecting to be in a bizarre place as usual in his dreams, but this time he sees that he is in Avalon.

"What... This isn't Avalon? How did I..."

"I see you've already woken up, my King. Unfortunately, you are not in Avalon, but rather what could be considered a shadow of Avalon."

Ritsuka hears a very familiar voice coming from above him and he sees the face of Merlin, or rather, "Lady Avalon," looking down at him.

It seems that Ritsuka's head is resting on the Succubus mage's thighs, who is gently running a hand through his hair.

"Merlin... Hmph, what a surprise to see you again."

"I would say the same to you, Master. I thought I would have to say goodbye to you and witness the end of your journey only to be surprised to see you alive and unharmed thanks to Zelretch's powers. Which brought you and your company to a very interesting world."

"Oh no. Judging by your smile, I'm sure you saw something interesting, didn't you?"

Ritsuka knows this Succubus very well, since she's not very different from the male Merlin. In other words, if Merlin, who can see the future, saw something they consider "interesting," it's a good reason to worry because it's certainly not something good.

"Hahaha.... I see my King still has his sharp eyes. You're right, I saw something very interesting in this world, but unfortunately we don't have time to discuss everything I know. However, what I can say is that I recommend you don't use your Class Cards too much for now and at least try not to attract too much attention from the factions of this world with your habit of attracting trouble."

"Hm? Why do you say that, Merlin?"

Unfortunately, before Ritsuka could gather any information about Merlin's warnings, Ritsuka sees a giant dimensional rift opening in the dream world of Avalon, and from within this giant dimensional rift emerges a huge red Welsh dragon with golden eyes, emanating immense pressure.

"A dragon?! That's new..."

"Tch. I thought I'd have a little more time to talk to you, Master, but it seems the big red idiot here decided to interrupt us."

"Wait a minute, you know this dragon?!"

Ritsuka looks at Merlin in surprise and sees that the Succubus mage has a slight expression of irritation, but she hasn't moved from her current position.

"I don't know him personally, but let's just say I heard about him from a certain old Void dragon loli who isn't a big fan of his. However, what you need to know, Ritsuka, is that this Dragon shares the same dream nature as you, so you two will eventually meet again. But for now, I'll keep you busy until the White Dragon comes to help you. Until then, try not to disturb the people of this world too much, especially the Devils and Angels."

Merlin's words surprised and confused Ritsuka, but before he could say anything, he began to feel a great weight in his eyes.

"It's really a shame we were interrupted. I was going to take the opportunity to have some fun with you since I don't have to worry about Fou interfering, but it seems that this idiotic Red Dragon wanted to play the role of that Beast."

Ritsuka hears a complaint that sounds more like a tantrum than a genuine complaint coming from Merlin until he closes his eyes, listening to the roar of the invading red dragon.

---------

The next day....

--------

Ritsuka and the rest of the company manage to wake up peacefully. Tamano and Morgan were the first to get up to do one of the duties a Wife performs: preparing breakfast.

However, something that surprised the two Servants was that the moment they arrived in the room, a certain Archangel was sleeping in a luxurious golden chair.

This Archangel is Metatron, more specifically the human "sin" that Metatron assumed in order to inhabit a human body: Sloth.

Morgan and Tamano no Mae call their master to see that Archangel Metatron is back after having flown straight to the heavens the moment she was summoned.

It didn't take long for Ritsuka to come out of his room with the rest of the girls, who are now all looking at the lazy Archangel sleeping without a care in the world.

"She flies to infinity and beyond and returns the next day..."

"So that's Metatron's sin... Interesting. Although I'm a little envious of her chair."

Ritsuka is incredulous to see Metatron back the next day, and Olga is envious of the Archangel's chair, wanting one for herself too.

Due to Olga and Ritsuka's loud voices, Metatron opens her eyes, and the moment her eyes meet Ritsuka's, she immediately wakes up and becomes agitated.

"Master, it's a very serious emergency!"

Seeing Metatron (Sloth) so agitated surprised everyone, as this is something that happens very rarely.

"Alright. Can you tell us what this emergency is that's making you like this?"

Ritsuka asks, maintaining calm, but inside he's a little worried, since it's not just anything that makes a powerful Archangel like Metatron nervous.

"God is dead!!! My father is dead!!! Oh! I almost forgot, the Excalibur sword was broken into pieces, the church has the fragments."

The first piece of news is already something surprising and shocking, but the second piece of news that Metatron revealed in a very casual and almost indifferent way was that it broke the minds of Ritsuka, Mash, Morgan, Olga, and Tamano no Mae.

"WHAT?! EXCALIBUR WAS BROKEN?!"

It's quite obvious that the news that impacted the group the most was about Excalibur rather than the fact that the Hebrew God is dead.

What they don't know is that due to Metatron's abrupt actions, it ended up causing a great impact on the Angels' territory and consequently on the Devils' territory as well, due to the Archangel's hasty arrival.

Fortunately, Ritsuka is very used to and adapted to moments when Destiny is trying to mess with him, so this is nothing more than a "normal" day for him.
