Chapter 23 - Completion of Chapter 22: Broken KeysIn that terrifying silence of the Valley of Mirrors, Chapter 23: Explosion of Light and the Shadow Dagger

Completion of Chapter 22: Broken Keys

In that terrifying silence of the Valley of Mirrors, a deathly quiet echoed through the valley. It was a silence as if it were the last day of the world. Rina could only hear the beating of her own heart; it was so quiet that you could hear your own heartbeat. Liva's mother continued to pull the power from the mark. She said, "Liva, my daughter, look at this Rina. We will gain a huge benefit from her. Through this girl, we can obtain everything from the heavens to the earth. We must use her!" Liva replied, "Yes mother, you are right. We must not lose her. She must suffer in our hands as long as she lives, and we will benefit from her. This is a good plan." Liva's mother continued to drain Rina's strength, but something strange happened. No matter how much power she took, another light began to form inside Rina. It wasn't just the pain; it was the power of memories. Rina looked at the frozen statues of her father and Diari, and tears fell from her eyes. She spoke to herself, "You were the ones who taught me not to give up. I must rescue you from this hell. I promise I will do this. I will show you how strong your daughter and your friend is." At that moment, Rina's silence filled the entire valley, as if nature itself were preparing for an explosion.

Chapter 23: Explosion of Light and the Shadow Dagger

A Prayer that Breaks the Silence

At that moment, Rina's silence reached its peak. She closed her purple eyes and no longer listened to the filthy words of Liva's mother. Rina's purple eyes filled with tears, and she cried heavily, not knowing what to do. In her heart, she screamed a cry as full of pain and sorrow as the empty pocket of a poor man. Rina said in her heart, "Dear God, I know You have planned better for us, but truly, this test is very difficult this time. Life is coming at us from every side. God, make it easy. I am about to die—either let me die or let things get better. Dear God, please make it easy for us. My mind is about to explode, my heart is about to burst because of these evil and soulless people. God, by Your greatness, make it easy for us. I no longer have the strength to endure, O God!" Rina said through her tears, "God, they want to use my power for evil. Let me die, but let me not become an evildoer. God, turn this power into a shield for those I love more than my own eyes." Suddenly, the mark on Rina's neck changed color. It was not red, but it glowed with a pure white light like a diamond.

The Explosion of the Cage and the Scream of Liva's Mother

Liva's mother was shocked and said with fear, "What? What is this? How can this be? Such a thing doesn't exist!" Before Liva could move, the cage exploded with a massive sound. Diari and Rina's father heard it and were terrified, praying in their hearts that nothing had happened to Rina. Rina stood on her feet; her messy hair trembled in the light. She was no longer that weak girl; she had become the protector of the valley.

The Return of Life to the Pit

Rina quickly looked into the pit, tears falling as she shouted, "Time is up! Wake up!" With Rina's touch, the magic of time broke. Rina's father took a deep breath, and Diari's hands began to move. The painful memories vanished like smoke from their minds, and they regained their strength.

The Poisoned Dagger and Diari's Sacrifice

When Liva saw that all his plans had failed, he crazily pulled the black dagger from its sheath and said, "If you won't be ours, I won't let you be for anyone!" Liva ran toward Rina. Diari, who had just come out of the pit, rushed to Rina without thinking and said, "Watch out!" The dagger stabbed into Diari's arm. The wound turned black, a sign that it was filled with shadow poison.

The End of the Chapter: Running Toward the Unknown

The battle did not stop; it became even more intense. Rina's father grabbed Diari's hand and said, "We must go, Diari needs treatment!" Rina, with eyes full of anger and tears, looked at Liva and said, "Be sure, I will make you regret your own name. The war has only just begun. Put that in your mind!" As they ran toward the forest, Liva's mother said with a laugh, "Go! This is only the beginning. The poisons have done their work."
